Helping one who is struggling

Over the past few years I have ended up in collections for medical bills due to problems with insurances and unexpected doctor visits. When I was 11 years old I had my spine fused from top to bottom due to scoliosis, and I've been having a lot of issues the past 3 years with my back. So within those three years I have ended up in debt due to medical bills that I'm finding it very hard to pay off. I have started to be garnished from my paychecks which are only about 20 to 25 hours a week. So it's becoming very hard for me to support myself let alone try and pay off all this debt. I haven't been able to work many hours within the weeks due to not being able to be on my feet for very long periods of time because of nerves being damaged in my back, all do to a Fractured titanium rod that is connected to my spine that was discovered last year. At this time I am unable to go and get any of it taken care of or find out the circumstances of what I need done to feel better and be able to move around without being in chronic pain because everytime i go in, i end up with some type of outrageous bill even though im insured. Working is becoming more and more complicated due to my back and im in a tough spot for a road block like that to come along. I am only 23 and i refuse to consider applying for disability because i know i am capable of working, im just in so much pain and everyday seems to get worse, ignoring it only helps so much. I've been trying all I can when it comes to money and being able to rid myself of this debt and this burden but every time I take one step forward I end up being pushed back 10 steps. It's really taking its toll on me and the last thing I wanted to do was have to reach out and ask for help like this, but I just don't know what to do at this point. Anything that anyone would help me with would be so greatly appreciated that words would not be able to explain his I truly felt. Thank you for taking this time to hear my story.
