Gyzo's Surgery

***UPDATE -i spoke to vetpay again, and if I put down a generous deposit they should be able to do the surgery! I have also found a lovely and experienced vet to do the surgery, Gyz loves him too :D. Hey everyone!! My name is Keely, and I'd like to ask you all for help! and I apologise in advance for the length of this message. I have a beautiful puggo named Gyzmo, she's been my best friend for 6 years now! She is a Rottweiler in a Pug's body, she used to enjoy the likes of camping, fishing, adventuring, chasing chickens and ducks around, and barking at the posty! (poor fella is on a push bike too) Now however, the summers are hitting her a lot harder, and is limited to sitting in the air conditioning and sleeping, this is not her choice, she is seriously the most energetic, fun-loving doggo you'd ever meet, but I take her outside into the heat and she is left panting and uncomfortable. The vet I've taken her to the majority of her life has diagnosed her with the well known "Brachycephalic Syndrome", which may require up to 3 parts of her being operated on, and she also needs a dental surgery, all AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, and I'm standing there with $3 in my wallet and gyzmo in my arms and I kinda just wanted to cry, she's been by my side,under my feet, through everything, she lived in my car with me when my life turned upside down, I cannot and will not let her down cause she never let me down. I've called around for vets who do accounts, going on 15 vets now, and I can't look at vets too far away cause she will have to be in the car the whole time which stresses her now too.(however have called around up to 2 hrs drive away). I've tried Vetpay and not been cleared enough to cover it. I have to work something out, she's my baby.
