Hello nice people, My name is Randall. I have a 10 year old son named Cassius(Cash). Kodi(his mother) and I had a verbal agreement on visitation, every weekend. After 3 years of this, she up and decided that i would only get every other weekend. I was not ok with this and let her know. Became a huge fight. Now she is denying visits all together. I have opened a case on her but she got a lawyer and i fell if I dont do the same i will lose my son, and he will lose his dad. I broke up with her before i knew of cash. after she told me I have always done everything i can for him. She meet a new man, marrried him, let him sign MY sons birth certificate.He has nothing to do with Cash in fact kodi and him have a daughter that HIS mother has soul custody Thats the battle. I will use the money as a retainer to secure my own laywer. I thought that the truth would be just fine. but her lawyer is just attacking what im doing wrong in the paperwork. Instead of trying to work this all out. So I need $5,000 just to start, and it might get even highier. I would really like to thank everyone who took the time to read this.
