Help Fade Kainer Get a New Van

On February 20, 2016 in NYC, Fedya "Fade" Kainer returned to the spot where he'd parked his van, only to find broken glass and a brick in its place.
Fade is a pillar of the New York music community and a presence in the global scene.
As a member of many projects and bands (TOMBS, JARBOE, STATIQBLOOM, THEOLOGIAN, BATILLUS, INSWARM, and many others), Fade has thrilled audiences around the globe with his unique performances of experimental metal and industrial music.
Not only has this van transported Fade and his bandmates countless times, Fade has generously rented it out to hundreds of artists over the years. The van has traversed the North American continent countless times. It has served as a mobile home and base of operations for a great many artists during the past decade.
The loss of this van represents a loss of potential supplemental income for Fade, who as an artist and touring musician based in NYC, already faces daily financial challenges.
Insurance will not cover the theft, and Fade will receive no restitution as a result. I've taken it upon myself to ask his friends, fans, and followers to do what they can to help Fade replace his vehicle.
