After 4 years of fighting alone to protect my constitutional rights, I am now asking for help.
I am asking for your help to meet the travel expense it will require to attend my trial so that I can prosecute those who violated my Rights. And if I am able to raise enough I can hire a lawyer to help me so that I don't have to do it all by myself. I am hoping that I will soon conclude a 4-year long legal battle in which I have been a victim of chicago corruption and anti-christian discrimination in the courts, a situation which has left me in financial ruin.
It's a shame I couldn't make a gofundme for a missions project or something else I would rather be doing. I didn't pick this fight. Circumstances brought it to me. The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. So I have persisted in standing for the Constitution against its enemies these past few years and am asking for help because it is very hard to stand alone.
Without any education or training in law I have been able to stand head to head against experienced lawyers who represent rich and powerful people and I have been able to successfully plead my case for the past 4 years. I have been able to do so because I am in the right, I am standing against things which are wrong, and because God has been with me.
But because the system is controlled by corrupt evil people, they have made sure I will not win, even if I successfully plead the law and the evidence in my own favor.

It is because there is a lack of honest people who care about justice within the chicago/cook county/illinois Machine and the fact that I don't have enough legal training and experience to successfully stand against the entire system by myself that they have been able to take a situation in which I am clearly in the right and the law and the evidence are overwhelmingly on my side, and turn the scales against me.
God-willing, and with your help, we can turn the scales back toward the side of the rule of law and justice and the forces which have asserted their own hegemonic rule and trampled the Constitution under their feet will be defeated.
You have probably heard of the corruption the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois are notorious for. 4 out of the last 7 governors went to jail.

You may have heard of the scandal involving the Chicago Police Department's and Cook County State's Attorney Office's cover up, obstruction of justice, and falsification of evidence in the case in which a former Chicago mayor's nephew committed manslaughter. The cover up was successful until a newspaper started investigating and reporting on the case (http://projects.suntimes.com/koschman ). Even then, a special prosecutor and a judge had to be brought into Cook county from outside of Cook county to ensure the judicial process would not be sabotaged by judges and prosecutors inside the Cook County political machine.

You may have even seen the recent racist photograph of two crooked white Chicago Police Officers placing antlers on the head of an African American detainee they were holding on to while holding hunting rifles at the same time (http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/05/28/uproar-over-photo-showing-chicago-cops-posing-with-black-man-wearing-antlers/ ).
While there are many good Chicago police officers, there are also too many who use their positions of power and authority to bully and exploit, rather than to serve and protect. The list goes on.
I too have been the victim of Chicago corruption, both from crooked Chicago Police Officers and corrupt cook county and federal judges in Chicago.
MY STORY:
In September of 2011 I called 911 asking for the assistance of Chicago Police because a crazy chicago cab driver falsely imprisoned me and assaulted me.
When the police arrived I asked them to arrest the cab driver. Not only did they refuse to arrest the cab driver for his crimes against me, they covered for him by falsely arresting me instead. They falsely charged me with theft and fabricated lies in order to justify their actions to others. I can explain in detail.
It just so happens that this was not even close to the first time these police officers have abused their power and been implicated in false arrest and/or false testimony. In Johnson v. City of Chicago 02-L-6545 in the CIrcuit Court of Cook County, one of the defendant officers was implicated in false testimony in a false arrest case. The person who was falsely arrested was found not guilty. In that case the police responded to a call from an elderly woman. Even after they brought the false arrest victim before the woman she clearly stated he was her neighbor and was not the suspect she called about. But the police went on to imprison and abuse him anyway. The City gave him an $80,000 settlement to avoid going to trial.
In my case the police officers even added things to their report which the cab driver supposedly told them about me. These were things the cab driver never even said and they were completely ridiculous things that don't make sense, things I would never do and have never done in my life, like saying that the cab driver pulled over because he was scared of me. Even when you look at the 911 call transcripts (I was the first 911 caller but after I told the cab driver I was calling 911 he made his own call as well) the cab drive never said any of the things the police say he told them. All he was saying is that he wants money and he will not stop the cab because he wants money. I was there with the police and the cab driver except for the first 5 seconds when the cab driver greeted them so I know they made things up about what he told them. So you have the real evidence showing the cab driver was intentionally NOT STOPPING (driving) and driving the cab to keep me inside only for the reason that he wanted money. Then you have the false story the police made up about the cab driver telling them he pulled over and STOPPED because he was scared of me.
I'll explain what happened more fully in a bit but this is just to tie my situation to others to show the kind of corruption and dishonesty I have had to deal with. In his 911 call the cab driver admitted that he was holding me in the cab against my will by continuing to drive and refusing to let me out.
The cab driver also agreed with all the details of my account of the start point, agreed route, hired destination, and where we actually stopped, which was where the police were talking to us and is depicted in the red light camera photos included here.
The police officers also lie by saying I refused to pay a cab fare after they told me to. I did not refuse once they threatened to arrest me if I did not. That is irrelevant anyway because I did not even owe a cab fare and they had no legal justification for arresting me even if I had refused to pay a cab fare. The service I hired was never provided and legally cab drivers have to wait until reaching the hired destination before requesting payment. And they lied by denying that I showed them the 20 dollar bill I was intending to pay the cab driver with and by denying they saw a lot more money than that when they searched my wallet.
The dishonest action these police officers took against me caused tremendous harm to my life.
I am a graduate of Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL. I dedicated my life to serving God and people. Although I was never able to find a job in ministry I consistently volunteered in numerous ministries all of my adult life (at that point it had been for about 13 years straight).
At the time of this incident I was involved with 2 churches in the City of Chicago. It was an extremely humiliating and emotionally distressing experience to be betrayed by the police officers, to be disregarded by them and mocked as they put me (an innocent victim) in handcuffs and locked me in the back of their police car (while they patted the perp on the back), then to be taken to the police station where I was stripped of all my possessions, fingerprinted, photographed, and locked away all night long in a cell, not knowing what would happen to me or when I would ever be free again, shivering non stop all night long from being wet and cold as it had been raining that evening.
I would go on to experience tremendous humiliation and other losses in my life in the years to follow, continuing to this very day.
In addition to the violation of my 4th Amendment constitutional rights
and the humiliation and distress that came with that, one of the first damages that I incurred was to my reputation. I experienced an additional humiliating blow when I was asked not to volunteer in the church ministries (at my downtown Chicago church) I had been involved in any longer because I had been arrested and was facing a pending theft charge. The knife in the gut feeling I had been experiencing only intensified and the anguish increased.
The toll that false arrest had on disrupting my life continued in so many other ways. Basically everything that I felt was good that was happening to my life at that time was all taken away.
I also had a hard time finding employment at that time and as potential employers ran background checks they saw the record of the arrest and the theft charge.
Most of the damage immediately caused to my life was non-economic such as the deprivation of precious constitutional rights, the humiliation, the distress of being locked away and of facing a pending false criminal charge which could potentially lock me away even longer, the damage to reputation, the loss of normal life and precious activities. There was a part time job at a movie theater that apparently was not given to me because they saw the arrest record in my background check.
But down the line I suffered a tremendous financial loss when it became clear I lost a full time job with great pay and benefits that I otherwise would have had if I had not been falsely arrested.
Ironically, about a year before I was falsely arrested by Chicago Police Officers I applied myself to be a Chicago Police Officer. Eventually I went through the entire testing process and after passing every test, being given a conditional offer of employment, being deemed fully qualified and passing the Final Test twice, I was not offered employment at a time when the City of Chicago was hiring virtually every qualified candidate because of all the new academy classes they were starting. It was clear that I was not hired because of the false arrest.
If I had not been falsely arrested in September of 2011, I would have been hired as a Chicago Police Officer nearly 2 years ago. In the first 2 years as a Chicago Police Officer I would have made approximately $115,000 total plus all the great benefits that come in addition to salary. That also does not look at how much I could make during an entire career as a police officer. While I am hoping my situation improves in the future and I find another similar opportunity, these recent years have not afforded me one. Not only did I lose that great job, but the false arrest has been a barrier in me securing other similar good full time jobs that I am uniquely qualified for. I have had a hard time finding employment even in not so great jobs in the years since the false arrest. During the 2 years I would have made $115,000 working as a Chicago Police Officer I was only able to earn approximately $15,000. It has been very difficult to survive off of $5,000 to $10,000 a year. It has been a constant struggle to pay basic bills and I often fall behind and my debt has been escalating.
Along with poverty, life gets deprived of so many other good things as well. So this false arrest has cost me quite a bit and caused a lot of damage to my life.
Soon after the false arrest I went to Cook County Court and sued the cab driver and the cab company that employed him alleging false imprisonment, assault, malicious prosecution and gross negligence.
It so happens that this crazy cab driver falsely obtained his license and this cab company was one of the largest in the City of Chicago, well known for being one of the most corrupt and careless for public safety (they were caught buying totaled vehicles, rebuilding them, fraudulently salvaging clean titles, and illegally putting them on the streets as taxicabs), and not surprisingly, they are a company that rose to prominence in Chicago because of connections and crooked dealings with Chicago politicians.

Not long after I filed the lawsuit against the City of Chicago my application was activated and I went through the entire regimen of testing. I offered to settle the case with the City for no money at all but simply an apology letter admitting the arrest was without cause. The City refused. I made attempts to settle for just very low amounts of money. They also refused and really treated me with contempt in whatever way they could.
After I took legal action against all of these entities (the cab company in cook county state court and the City of Chicago in the federal court in Chicago), the Chicago/Cook County/Illinois political machine went into full gear to make sure they sabotaged each of my efforts to seek justice. They made it clear they are hellbent on not letting me hold them accountable and not letting me get the compensation I deserve. Of all the people that have conspired against me these past 4 years while I have fought to defend the Constitution, it is most troubling that the judges have led the effort to obstruct my pursuit of justice and to sabotage my cases. That shows the depths of tyranny and depravity members of our Judiciary have sunk to.
So this became a situation in which bad escalated to worse, which then escalated to worst. It's pretty bad that a cab company that provides a public service and has a high duty of care to the public's safety would so carelessly allow a crazy unlicensed cab driver to offer rides to the public with their cab and would go on to completely disregard my efforts to complain to them about what their cab driver did to me.
Far worse than that is that two Chicago police officers to whom the public had entrusted the duty to serve and protect them from criminals, would respond to a call for help from a victim of crime, and cover for the criminal by falsely arresting the victim. How outrageous!
And the worst is how judges, whom the public has trusted to be the upholders of justice and the rule of law and to be a check on other government agents who abuse their powers or violate the rights of citizens, also go on to obstruct justice, abuse their position and power in an effort to subvert and undermine the very thing they have sworn to uphold.
Something really needs to be done to rein in the Judiciary in our country, for those Judges who tyrannically and unlawfully legislate from the bench because they believe they are the final word on everything and cannot be held in check, and those who engage in malicious vendettas against parties in cases before them, knowing they can do whatever they want and get away with it because of "judicial immunity". Something needs to change to stop both of these injustices.
I will now demonstrate how I was an innocent victim and was not guilty in that incident in any way, shape or form.
I mentioned how I was involved with 2 different churches at the time of this incident in September of 2011. It was an early Sunday evening. I was at my downtown church attending the worship service and had just made plans before that service to go a little later that evening to meet friends from my 2nd neighborhood church to see a movie (I was going to see 'Saving Private Perez' with my Hispanic church friends).
In order to fit both of those things into my evening I stayed in church until the end of the sermon then went outside and hired a cab to take me to the movie theater.
The cab was to take me from downtown to a movie theater in a suburb next to Chicago, close by the inner city neighborhood I had moved to. On the way, there was another inner city Chicago neighborhood which was known as the most dangerous neighborhood in the City (the "West Side"). When the cab driver passed through that neighborhood he unexpectedly stopped the cab 2 miles before reaching my hired destination and demanded payment from me. I did not know why he was doing that, if he was going to try to rob me or what. He never asked me at the start of the trip or before the trip to prepay before reaching the destination. This was a total surprise.
I thought it was very suspicious or at least disingenuous and wrong for him to surprise me with such a demand. In fact, his demand for me to pay him before reaching the hired destination was illegal according to Chicago Municipal Code, which requires request of payment upon reaching the hired destination. I told him I would pay him once we reached my hired destination and repeatedly tried to assure him I had money to pay and would definitely pay him.
He then refused to continue driving me. We were 2 miles from my destination in the middle of a very dangerous neighborhood. This was a very outrageous and even threatening thing for a cab driver to do to a customer (there have been cases in which cab drivers take passengers to dangerous places and meet other thugs to rob them). I could see he was a crazy guy to do something like that and I could sense that he was only going to get more crazy. Since he was refusing to provide the service I hired him for I had to find another way to get there and I realized at that point I was in danger by staying in the cab with him. So I told him I was getting out of the cab.
When he heard that he totally flipped out. He was not refusing to drive any more. Now he was refusing to let me get out of the cab. He accelerated the cab as fast as he could to stop me from getting out and if I had been a step closer to getting out he could have killed me. That is when I first called 911 and reported that a cab driver was refusing to let me out. He continued driving as long as he could just to keep me inside the cab. He even passed the turn he was supposed to take, took me off the route toward my destination and began driving further away from my destination, making it clear the only reason he was driving was to hold me captive.
He finally came to a red light and at least he stopped for that. At that point I was able to escape the cab. The cab driver then came at me and attacked me. I had a 20 dollar bill in my hand that I had taken out of my wallet so that I was ready to immediately pay him upon reaching my destination. When he saw it in my hand, instead of realizing that he was crazy for thinking he might not get paid and that I was getting ready to pay him, he just immediately went after it and tried to take it by force while cursing at me and yelling at me to give him the money I was holding.
Instead of defending myself against his attack, I evaded it and continued dodging him and backing away from him. He was saying "Give me the money B****!" "Yeah, run like a B****!" I realized I could only run away from him for so long in that neighborhood so I faced him stood my ground and prepared to defend myself. He then stopped, at which point I called 911 a second time and he ran back to his cab and drove away.
He ended up making several u-turns then parking across the street from where I was standing. He realized there was no way he could get away with what he had done and his best option was to stick around and try to tell the police that I was trying to take his service without paying.
Providentially, there was a Red Light Camera directly facing where the cab stopped at the red light and where I got out of the cab, the very same location the police ended up meeting us.
So when you combine the 911 call recordings with the red light camera video recordings it proves exactly what happened. The video shows the cab stopping at a red light and me getting out of the cab with the phone up to my ear. This happened just as my first 911 call reporting the false imprisonment came to an end. And you have the second 911 call recording which has me reporting the attack just after the red light camera recording shows the cab driver come after me and reach down and try to grab something from the area of my hand and shows me continue to back away from him for a time. It shows him run back to his cab and drive away.
So both the red light camera video recordings and the 911 call audio recordings show me making two 911 calls, one reporting the false imprisonment before I got out of the cab and one reporting the assault after I exited the cab and the cab driver came at me and the cab driver drove away.
The video shows me staying at the same corner for about 10 minutes waiting for police to arrive. They show me wave to the police car when they approach. They show the police car pass me and park by where the cab ended up pulling over. They show me immediately walk across the street up to the police officers.

So the police officers had direct knowledge of the start point and hired destination point and the route to be taken for the cab ride. The cab driver agreed and did not even try to lie about that. So they knew the cab driver never drove me to my destination and they knew he drove me off course from my destination and they knew that I did not get out of the cab and try to run away from it without paying.
They had my report of the false imprisonment and the assault. They had the cab driver admitting he wouldn't let me out of the cab and that he was trying to get money from me before he brought me to my destination. The only negative thing he said about me is that I wouldn't pay him before reaching the hired destination. He also tried saying I was trying to get away without paying but they saw for themelves that was not true.
They saw me waiting at the same place for 10 minutes after I called them. They saw me wave to them when they arrived. They saw me immediately walk up to them. I asked them to arrest the cab drive for holding me captive and attacking me. The police officers saw I had plenty of money in my possession with which to pay the cab driver. They had absolutely zero reason to think I may have tried to steal a cab ride.
Any reasonable police officer would know what type of action a person trying to steal a cab ride would take, and I took the exact opposite of all of them. A person stealing a cab ride would not tell the cab driver when he wanted to get out and the cab driver would not have any chance to drive them off course from the destination. That person would not call 911 and give them their name and phone number. They would not wait for police to arrive, they would not wave to police and they would not walk up to the police, especially not after the police would have given them a 10 minute period of time to run away in. And a person that had as much money as I did would have no reason to try to steal a cab ride.
The police officers knew all of that. On the other hand, a cab driver who was merely trying to collect his fare would have already taken the passenger to the hired destination and would not have driven the passenger off course from the destination. These facts were consistent with my account, that the cab driver held me captive in the cab. Why else would a cab be off course from the hired destination unless he had driven it off course? Any passenger that jumps out and runs away to try to steal a cab ride is going to do so at some point while the cab is still en route toward the destination they told the cab driver to drive to. And they are not going to give 911 their information or wait for the police to arrive.
But these cops were not honest and did not care about who the perpetrator was and who the victim was. They couldn't care less that the cab driver had not driven me to my destination and had not met the legal requirement for requesting a fare from me. They did not care that the cab driver had falsely imprisoned me and driven me off course from my destination. And they did not care that this cab driver attacked me and tried taking money from me by force, money which I did not yet owe him.
All they cared about was me paying the cab driver a fare (which I did not even legally owe). They told me they would arrest me if I did not pay a fare. I did not want to get arrested so I agreed to pay a fare. I took the 20 dollar bill out of my pocket which I had exerted so much energy to keep the cab driver from taking by force and prepared to give it to him. Of course I made sure I told the police officers that what they were doing was unjust but that I would pay a fare because I did not want to get arrested. Apparently they did not like me expressing my opinion about the wrong action they were taking, even though I did so in a very respectful and non-threatening and non-aggressive manner.
So they arrested me anyway and said they were arresting me for refusing to pay a cab fare, even though I had just told them clearly I would pay a fare and had taken a 20 dollar bill out of my pocket so that I could do so. The cops cuffed me and put me in the back of the squad car. I begged and pleaded with them and said that I had told them repeatedly I would pay a fare. But they made it clear that the only thing they were interested in was arresting me regardless of whether or not they had cause to. They then went over to the cab driver and patted him on the back while they all chuckled together. To this day I still wonder if they had some sort of connection with this cab driver and that's why they falsely arrested me to cover for him, or whether they had some personal vendetta against me, or whether they just enjoyed trampling the Constitution under their feet and got their jollies out of making innocent victims suffer.
When they took me to the police station I could see that the whole lot there was a pretty rotten bunch. There was one guy there sitting at a desk that seemed decent. When I told him that these police officers were lying about me he said to me "I'm sympathizing". But there were some other really rotten cops there. I could hear an African American man calling out from somewhere, "What are you charging me with?" One cop said, "You're Mom!" That made me angry on top of the shock I was already experiencing for what they were doing to me. The African American man, who was not speaking in a hostile or disrespectful tone at all, said "There is a God in heaven!" The cop responded, "I don't believe in no god."
Perhaps that is the problem with all these crooked cops and corrupt judges, they don't realize there is a God in heaven that they will answer to some day for all the abuse of power and evil they committed against poor innocent victims. And it seems that may have been the situation with these officers. They may have just enjoyed abusing their power and arresting people for no reason or arresting victims while letting perps go free..pretty sick people.
After spending the night locked up I was released on an Ibond and scheduled to face a theft charge in court a month later. That was a very long month. Technically I could have been sentenced a year in jail for theft, which is kind of crazy even for a person who actually did try to steal a 20 dollar cab ride. I later looked up penalties in other states and many states will not even arrest a person for such a violation much less threaten jail time. Many will just issue citations with fines or a day to appear in court.
When you think of how much of an overreaction this would have been for the police officers (to arrest and lock a person up) even for a person that actually did commit such a petty crime, how much more evil it was for these police officers to intentionally do this to a person they knew was not only innocent but was the victim of crime who had called for their assistance in the first place.
Thankfully, when I appeared in court, I did not get one of the crooked extreme liberal anti-Christian Judges in Cook County. The prosecution and criminal court judge immediately dismissed the charge against me. I had been working all month gathering evidence, filing freedom of information requests, getting testimony and documenting the event and I provided all the material to my public defender at the courthouse and they knew there was no way they could prosecute such an obviously false charge.
But the damage was done and my record would be forever tainted. It took about a year to get the record expunged, but for police job applications, which is what I was focusing on, you still often have to report arrests and charges that were expunged.
So for 4 long years I have been fighting for my rights in court. And the Chicago/Cook County/Illinois Machine has been doing everything they can to stonewall the cases and exhaust me into giving up, and when they can no longer do that to railroad the case to an unjust outcome.

I have exerted tremendous energy, time and work into fighting for my rights in these two cases over these years. And I have had to spend a good amount of money as well, even when I really could not afford to do so. I have had to sacrifice a lot to defend my rights and the Constitution, and other potential victims of this crazy cab driver, this reckless cab company, these crooked cops, and the corrupt Chicago/Cook County/Illinois Machine, along with the Gay Agenda Gaystopo (many of the judges I have appeared before were openly gay activists and all were Democrat affiliated) that was especially inciting their anti-Christian animosity against me.
My state court case was dragged along by hostile judges and a very manipulative and dishonest opposing attorney (that part should not be surprising). In one instance it took me more than half a year to get a hearing on one motion.
When it was finally time for trial it went to arbitration first. A Panel of 3 retired judges and lawyers heard the case and unanimously ruled in my favor awarding me $25,000. They were obviously not hard core members of the Gaystopo or the Cook County political Machine, but simply regular people looking to make an honest judgment.
But unfortunately that ruling was not binding and the corrupt anti-Christian judge (James Snyder) who had been managing the case and doing everything he could to help the opposing attorney bury it (even his bailiff once told me I should drop my case because I was in way over my head, can you imagine a deputy sheriff jumping into the political effort to stop my pursuit of justice) assigned it to another like minded hostile and corrupt judge (Sydney A. Jones III) who went on to make one completely lawless and obviously discriminatory ruling after another, making a case which should have been a slam dunk for me as difficult as possible to win. The jury outcome was totally fixed from the start by that evil judge. And after a long and exhausting 4 day trial in which I represented myself because I could not afford an attorney, the manipulated verdict came back against me.
I appealed all those obviously lawless and discriminatory rulings that set me up to lose the case, rulings which would never have been made for any other plaintiff, especially not one that had an attorney representing them, rulings which any Appellate Court would have to reverse given how obviously lawless they were. At that point the cab company finally agreed to settle the case with me and they agreed to have the verdict against me vacated and give me a little pocket change in exchange for dismissing my appeal. Given the fact that there was a judgment against me (as grossly unjust as it was) I felt forced into making that settlement agreement (since clearing my name was one of the main reasons I did the lawsuit in the first place and having a judgment against me did not help that at all) and so that case was over.
I even tried to sue the State of Illinois and these Judges for their blatant violation of my 1st, 5th, and 14th Amendment constitutional rights, but there is no legal right of action because of "judicial immunity" and "state sovereign immunity". I can email anyone the documents that have every detail of what these judges, courts, and public employees did to sabotage my cases in every way they possibly could.
I have also experienced much of the same discrimination and hostility from the federal judge (John Z. Lee, an Obama appointee) that oversees my false arrest case against the police officers. That case has also been dragged on and every effort has been made to take sides with my opponents. All the attorneys he appointed to represent me were nothing more than plants to look out for the interests of my opponents. In my case against the cab company, which is the case that had the largest volume of activity, I never had any attorney representing me. In my federal case against the police officers I had an attorney doing work on the case for some of its history, but that attorney was never really on my side or acting in my interests. So in reality I have been alone on that case as well.
After one deposition in my appointed attorney's office the opposing attorney for the police officers and the opposing attorney for the cab company lingered about in my appointed attorney's office while my attorney quickly escorted me out of the builing before he went back upstairs where the 2 opposing attorneys were. God knows what they did up there.
He is also the attorney that once said to me that federal judges were like kings ruling over their own kingdoms and he said so in a way that seemed to be meant to instill a sense of fear and passivity into me. Really that is how the Judge has acted for the most part, instead of following what the law and justice require and acting as a servant in an impartial way he has acted more according to his own biased will in many of the actions taken in the case.
It was at that same deposition that my attorney yelled out "I would never take your case in a million years!" and he tried avoiding asking some of the tough questions which would point to key facts of the case that were pivotal for proving me right, even though I had asked him to ask those questions. It was obvious he was trying to control things for the interests of my opponents. He never stopped trying to convince me that my constitutional rights were practically worthless. When it became clear that the false arrest caused me to lose the job as a police officer he refused to add that as a damage claim to the case.
The next attorney that was appointed tried convincing me that my lost income damage claim was a failure to hire cause of action and she tried to convince me I could not make it because there were no grounds for a failure to hire cause of action. Apparenly she thought she could confuse me because of the similar wording but I was able to see right through her (or I should say their) scheme. A failure to hire cause of action is not the same thing as a lost income damage claim. She was another plant.
Then the Judge tried using a high caliber attorney (who told me they were personal friends) as bait to get me to drop my lost income damage claim. Even though the judge had dragged the case on some extra time becaue he said he would give me a decision on the lost income damage claim before deciding whether to appoint me counsel again and we went through the entire motion / response / reply process, in which I completely destroyed all the City's arguments against my motion to add the lost income damage claim and showed how the law and justice absolutely required it to be allowed into the case, the Judge went on to refuse to give a ruling on it. So that is when he decides to appoint me this high caliber attorney. And then he says that if I want to keep this high caliber attorney I have to give up my claim without getting a ruling on it. He said that I will have to give up that attorney if I wanted to get a ruling on my claim and that he would not appoint another attorney after that.
That was so ridiculously manipulative, dishonest and biased against me, there was really no cover story the Judge could use as an excuse for why he was engaging in those tactics. I had to make a complaint to the Appellate court about how unbefitting it is for a Judge to act in such a conniving manner with an agenda against one of the parties before him.
That high caliber attorney was an obvious plant as well for the purposes of looking out for my opponent's interests, not mine. So it was no big loss giving up him so I could continue pursuing my lost income damage claim (for $100,000 and counting).
It's no coincidence that all of the judges these civil cases have come under the control of are affiliated with some extremely liberal or anti-Christian homosexual activist powers. That is the core of the motivation for the conspiracy within the Chicago/Cook County/ Illinois/Gay Agenda political machine to criminally obstruct my pursuit of justice and sabotage all my efforts.
My state court case against the cab company was under the control of Judge James E. Snyder, a well known gay activist judge (who are generally known to be very hostile and anti-Christian). I had a document in my complaint for that case that was a character reference and referred to my Christian faith and to "our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ". He purposely opened to that page in front of me and expressed hostility toward it. The original Judge over that case who transferred it to him also looked at that same page and expressed hostility toward it. It is clear that the corporate discrimination I experienced in the Cook County Courts was directed at me because of my conservative Christian beliefs. Judge Snyder dragged one motion of mine on for 6 months before getting a hearing on it. He expressed tremendous hostility toward me during one hearing and even refused to let me speak. Judge Snyder manually assigned my case to Judge Sydney A. Jones III, who was the one who completely sabotaged my case before trial and fixed the jury outcome. I can email you all the details.
It's amazing to me that all these years they continue to try to manipulate me in all these different ways but they never learn that I can see right through it and they only expose their own discriminatory malicious conspiratorial agenda against me and then I document what they do and I expose them.
Twice Judge Lee assigned my case to Magistrate Judge Mary Rowland, even though I complained about her the first time, for an attempted settlement conference. She has been so unbelievably biased against me, manipulative and even outright dishonest in her attempt to pressure me into settling with the City for peanuts. It's not a coincidence that she too is involved with the gay community and is known for liberal rulings in cases she has overseen.
So the time is coming for this federal case to go to trial and I am attempting what I can to get a trained experienced attorney to represent me, someone trustworthy, who will not go along with this vendetta against me. It would greatly inhibit the biased judges from succeeding in sabotaging this case just like they did my first one.
I have spoken to Christian attorneys and received quotes from $10,000 to $20,000. I think if I get at least $5,000 I should at least be able to get an attorney to handle the trial for me, even if that would not be enough to cover any appeals that become necessary, or other busy work I might be able to do myself.
Really, even for me to make it to the trial at all, I am really in need of financial help, considering the tremendous financial devastation the Chicago Machine and the anti-Christian discrimination in the courts have caused me.

You may have heard of the scandal involving the Chicago Police Department's and Cook County State's Attorney Office's cover up, obstruction of justice, and falsification of evidence in the case in which a former Chicago mayor's nephew committed manslaughter. Even then, a special prosecutor and a judge had to be brought into Cook county from outside of Cook county to ensure the judicial process would not be sabotaged by judges and prosecutors inside the Cook County political machine.

While there are many good Chicago police officers, there are also too many who use their positions of power and authority to bully and exploit, rather than to serve and protect. The list goes on.
I too have been the victim of Chicago corruption, both from crooked Chicago Police Officers and corrupt cook county and federal judges in Chicago.
MY STORY:
In September of 2011 I called 911 asking for the assistance of Chicago Police because a crazy chicago cab driver falsely imprisoned me and assaulted me.
When the police arrived I asked them to arrest the cab driver. Not only did they refuse to arrest the cab driver for his crimes against me, they covered for him by falsely arresting me instead. They falsely charged me with theft and fabricated lies in order to justify their actions to others. I can explain in detail.
It just so happens that this was not even close to the first time these police officers have abused their power and been implicated in false arrest and/or false testimony. In Johnson v. City of Chicago 02-L-6545 in the CIrcuit Court of Cook County, one of the defendant officers was implicated in false testimony in a false arrest case. The person who was falsely arrested was found not guilty. In that case the police responded to a call from an elderly woman. Even after they brought the false arrest victim before the woman she clearly stated he was her neighbor and was not the suspect she called about. But the police went on to imprison and abuse him anyway. The City gave him an $80,000 settlement to avoid going to trial.
In my case the police officers even added things to their report which the cab driver supposedly told them about me. These were things the cab driver never even said and they were completely ridiculous things that don't make sense, things I would never do and have never done in my life, like saying that the cab driver pulled over because he was scared of me. Even when you look at the 911 call transcripts (I was the first 911 caller but after I told the cab driver I was calling 911 he made his own call as well) the cab drive never said any of the things the police say he told them. All he was saying is that he wants money and he will not stop the cab because he wants money. I was there with the police and the cab driver except for the first 5 seconds when the cab driver greeted them so I know they made things up about what he told them. So you have the real evidence showing the cab driver was intentionally NOT STOPPING (driving) and driving the cab to keep me inside only for the reason that he wanted money. Then you have the false story the police made up about the cab driver telling them he pulled over and STOPPED because he was scared of me.
I'll explain what happened more fully in a bit but this is just to tie my situation to others to show the kind of corruption and dishonesty I have had to deal with. In his 911 call the cab driver admitted that he was holding me in the cab against my will by continuing to drive and refusing to let me out. The cab driver also agreed with all the details of my account of the start point, agreed route, hired destination, and where we actually stopped, which was where the police were talking to us and is depicted in the red light camera photos included here.
The police officers also lie by saying I refused to pay a cab fare after they told me to. I did not refuse once they threatened to arrest me if I did not. That is irrelevant anyway because I did not even owe a cab fare and they had no legal justification for arresting me even if I had refused to pay a cab fare. The service I hired was never provided and legally cab drivers have to wait until reaching the hired destination before requesting payment. And they lied by denying that I showed them the 20 dollar bill I was intending to pay the cab driver with and by denying they saw a lot more money than that when they searched my wallet.
The dishonest action these police officers took against me caused tremendous harm to my life.
I am a graduate of Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL. I dedicated my life to serving God and people. Although I was never able to find a job in ministry I consistently volunteered in numerous ministries all of my adult life (at that point it had been for about 13 years straight).
At the time of this incident I was involved with 2 churches in the City of Chicago. It was an extremely humiliating and emotionally distressing experience to be betrayed by the police officers, to be disregarded by them and mocked as they put me (an innocent victim) in handcuffs and locked me in the back of their police car (while they patted the perp on the back), then to be taken to the police station where I was stripped of all my possessions, fingerprinted, photographed, and locked away all night long in a cell, not knowing what would happen to me or when I would ever be free again, shivering non stop all night long from being wet and cold as it had been raining that evening.
I would go on to experience tremendous humiliation and other losses in my life in the years to follow, continuing to this very day.
In addition to the violation of my 4th Amendment constitutional rights
and the humiliation and distress that came with that, one of the first damages that I incurred was to my reputation. I experienced an additional humiliating blow when I was asked not to volunteer in the church ministries (at my downtown Chicago church) I had been involved in any longer because I had been arrested and was facing a pending theft charge. The knife in the gut feeling I had been experiencing only intensified and the anguish increased.
The toll that false arrest had on disrupting my life continued in so many other ways. Basically everything that I felt was good that was happening to my life at that time was all taken away.
I also had a hard time finding employment at that time and as potential employers ran background checks they saw the record of the arrest and the theft charge.
Most of the damage immediately caused to my life was non-economic such as the deprivation of precious constitutional rights, the humiliation, the distress of being locked away and of facing a pending false criminal charge which could potentially lock me away even longer, the damage to reputation, the loss of normal life and precious activities. There was a part time job at a movie theater that apparently was not given to me because they saw the arrest record in my background check.
But down the line I suffered a tremendous financial loss when it became clear I lost a full time job with great pay and benefits that I otherwise would have had if I had not been falsely arrested.
Ironically, about a year before I was falsely arrested by Chicago Police Officers I applied myself to be a Chicago Police Officer. Eventually I went through the entire testing process and after passing every test, being given a conditional offer of employment, being deemed fully qualified and passing the Final Test twice, I was not offered employment at a time when the City of Chicago was hiring virtually every qualified candidate because of all the new academy classes they were starting. It was clear that I was not hired because of the false arrest.
If I had not been falsely arrested in September of 2011, I would have been hired as a Chicago Police Officer nearly 2 years ago. In the first 2 years as a Chicago Police Officer I would have made approximately $115,000 total plus all the great benefits that come in addition to salary. That also does not look at how much I could make during an entire career as a police officer. While I am hoping my situation improves in the future and I find another similar opportunity, these recent years have not afforded me one. Not only did I lose that great job, but the false arrest has been a barrier in me securing other similar good full time jobs that I am uniquely qualified for. I have had a hard time finding employment even in not so great jobs in the years since the false arrest. During the 2 years I would have made $115,000 working as a Chicago Police Officer I was only able to earn approximately $15,000. It has been very difficult to survive off of $5,000 to $10,000 a year. It has been a constant struggle to pay basic bills and I often fall behind and my debt has been escalating.
Along with poverty, life gets deprived of so many other good things as well. So this false arrest has cost me quite a bit and caused a lot of damage to my life.
Soon after the false arrest I went to Cook County Court and sued the cab driver and the cab company that employed him alleging false imprisonment, assault, malicious prosecution and gross negligence.
It so happens that this crazy cab driver falsely obtained his license and this cab company was one of the largest in the City of Chicago, well known for being one of the most corrupt and careless for public safety (they were caught buying totaled vehicles, rebuilding them, fraudulently salvaging clean titles, and illegally putting them on the streets as taxicabs), and not surprisingly, they are a company that rose to prominence in Chicago because of connections and crooked dealings with Chicago politicians.

Not long after I filed the lawsuit against the City of Chicago my application was activated and I went through the entire regimen of testing. I offered to settle the case with the City for no money at all but simply an apology letter admitting the arrest was without cause. The City refused. I made attempts to settle for just very low amounts of money. They also refused and really treated me with contempt in whatever way they could.
After I took legal action against all of these entities (the cab company in cook county state court and the City of Chicago in the federal court in Chicago), the Chicago/Cook County/Illinois political machine went into full gear to make sure they sabotaged each of my efforts to seek justice. They made it clear they are hellbent on not letting me hold them accountable and not letting me get the compensation I deserve. Of all the people that have conspired against me these past 4 years while I have fought to defend the Constitution, it is most troubling that the judges have led the effort to obstruct my pursuit of justice and to sabotage my cases. That shows the depths of tyranny and depravity members of our Judiciary have sunk to.
So this became a situation in which bad escalated to worse, which then escalated to worst. It's pretty bad that a cab company that provides a public service and has a high duty of care to the public's safety would so carelessly allow a crazy unlicensed cab driver to offer rides to the public with their cab and would go on to completely disregard my efforts to complain to them about what their cab driver did to me.
Far worse than that is that two Chicago police officers to whom the public had entrusted the duty to serve and protect them from criminals, would respond to a call for help from a victim of crime, and cover for the criminal by falsely arresting the victim. How outrageous!
And the worst is how judges, whom the public has trusted to be the upholders of justice and the rule of law and to be a check on other government agents who abuse their powers or violate the rights of citizens, also go on to obstruct justice, abuse their position and power in an effort to subvert and undermine the very thing they have sworn to uphold.
Something really needs to be done to rein in the Judiciary in our country, for those Judges who tyrannically and unlawfully legislate from the bench because they believe they are the final word on everything and cannot be held in check, and those who engage in malicious vendettas against parties in cases before them, knowing they can do whatever they want and get away with it because of "judicial immunity". Something needs to change to stop both of these injustices.
I will now demonstrate how I was an innocent victim and was not guilty in that incident in any way, shape or form.
I mentioned how I was involved with 2 different churches at the time of this incident in September of 2011. It was an early Sunday evening. I was at my downtown church attending the worship service and had just made plans before that service to go a little later that evening to meet friends from my 2nd neighborhood church to see a movie (I was going to see 'Saving Private Perez' with my Hispanic church friends).
In order to fit both of those things into my evening I stayed in church until the end of the sermon then went outside and hired a cab to take me to the movie theater.
The cab was to take me from downtown to a movie theater in a suburb next to Chicago, close by the inner city neighborhood I had moved to. On the way, there was another inner city Chicago neighborhood which was known as the most dangerous neighborhood in the City (the "West Side"). When the cab driver passed through that neighborhood he unexpectedly stopped the cab 2 miles before reaching my hired destination and demanded payment from me. I did not know why he was doing that, if he was going to try to rob me or what. He never asked me at the start of the trip or before the trip to prepay before reaching the destination. This was a total surprise.
I thought it was very suspicious or at least disingenuous and wrong for him to surprise me with such a demand. In fact, his demand for me to pay him before reaching the hired destination was illegal according to Chicago Municipal Code, which requires request of payment upon reaching the hired destination. I told him I would pay him once we reached my hired destination and repeatedly tried to assure him I had money to pay and would definitely pay him.
He then refused to continue driving me. We were 2 miles from my destination in the middle of a very dangerous neighborhood. This was a very outrageous and even threatening thing for a cab driver to do to a customer (there have been cases in which cab drivers take passengers to dangerous places and meet other thugs to rob them). I could see he was a crazy guy to do something like that and I could sense that he was only going to get more crazy. Since he was refusing to provide the service I hired him for I had to find another way to get there and I realized at that point I was in danger by staying in the cab with him. So I told him I was getting out of the cab.
When he heard that he totally flipped out. He was not refusing to drive any more. Now he was refusing to let me get out of the cab. He accelerated the cab as fast as he could to stop me from getting out and if I had been a step closer to getting out he could have killed me. That is when I first called 911 and reported that a cab driver was refusing to let me out. He continued driving as long as he could just to keep me inside the cab. He even passed the turn he was supposed to take, took me off the route toward my destination and began driving further away from my destination, making it clear the only reason he was driving was to hold me captive.
He finally came to a red light and at least he stopped for that. At that point I was able to escape the cab. The cab driver then came at me and attacked me. I had a 20 dollar bill in my hand that I had taken out of my wallet so that I was ready to immediately pay him upon reaching my destination. When he saw it in my hand, instead of realizing that he was crazy for thinking he might not get paid and that I was getting ready to pay him, he just immediately went after it and tried to take it by force while cursing at me and yelling at me to give him the money I was holding.
Instead of defending myself against his attack, I evaded it and continued dodging him and backing away from him. He was saying "Give me the money B****!" "Yeah, run like a B****!" I realized I could only run away from him for so long in that neighborhood so I faced him stood my ground and prepared to defend myself. He then stopped, at which point I called 911 a second time and he ran back to his cab and drove away.
He ended up making several u-turns then parking across the street from where I was standing. He realized there was no way he could get away with what he had done and his best option was to stick around and try to tell the police that I was trying to take his service without paying.
Providentially, there was a Red Light Camera directly facing where the cab stopped at the red light and where I got out of the cab, the very same location the police ended up meeting us.
So when you combine the 911 call recordings with the red light camera video recordings it proves exactly what happened. The video shows the cab stopping at a red light and me getting out of the cab with the phone up to my ear. This happened just as my first 911 call reporting the false imprisonment came to an end. And you have the second 911 call recording which has me reporting the attack just after the red light camera recording shows the cab driver come after me and reach down and try to grab something from the area of my hand and shows me continue to back away from him for a time. It shows him run back to his cab and drive away.
So both the red light camera video recordings and the 911 call audio recordings show me making two 911 calls, one reporting the false imprisonment before I got out of the cab and one reporting the assault after I exited the cab and the cab driver came at me and the cab driver drove away.
The video shows me staying at the same corner for about 10 minutes waiting for police to arrive. They show me wave to the police car when they approach. They show the police car pass me and park by where the cab ended up pulling over. They show me immediately walk across the street up to the police officers.

Here you see him bend over a bit and reach downward with his hand for something, that something was the 20 dollar bill. This supports my testimony that I had a 20 dollar bill in my hand and the cab driver tried to take it by force. And that also supports my testimony that I showed the same 20 dollar to the police officers, something they dishonestly deny)(here the cab driver is driving away after I call 911 for the second time)

The cab driver agreed and did not even try to lie about that. So they knew the cab driver never drove me to my destination and they knew he drove me off course from my destination and they knew that I did not get out of the cab and try to run away from it without paying.
They had my report of the false imprisonment and the assault. They had the cab driver admitting he wouldn't let me out of the cab and that he was trying to get money from me before he brought me to my destination. The only negative thing he said about me is that I wouldn't pay him before reaching the hired destination. He also tried saying I was trying to get away without paying but they saw for themelves that was not true.
They saw me waiting at the same place for 10 minutes after I called them. They saw me wave to them when they arrived. They saw me immediately walk up to them. I asked them to arrest the cab drive for holding me captive and attacking me. The police officers saw I had plenty of money in my possession with which to pay the cab driver. They had absolutely zero reason to think I may have tried to steal a cab ride.
Any reasonable police officer would know what type of action a person trying to steal a cab ride would take, and I took the exact opposite of all of them. A person stealing a cab ride would not tell the cab driver when he wanted to get out and the cab driver would not have any chance to drive them off course from the destination. That person would not call 911 and give them their name and phone number. They would not wait for police to arrive, they would not wave to police and they would not walk up to the police, especially not after the police would have given them a 10 minute period of time to run away in. And a person that had as much money as I did would have no reason to try to steal a cab ride.
The police officers knew all of that. On the other hand, a cab driver who was merely trying to collect his fare would have already taken the passenger to the hired destination and would not have driven the passenger off course from the destination. These facts were consistent with my account, that the cab driver held me captive in the cab. Why else would a cab be off course from the hired destination unless he had driven it off course? Any passenger that jumps out and runs away to try to steal a cab ride is going to do so at some point while the cab is still en route toward the destination they told the cab driver to drive to. And they are not going to give 911 their information or wait for the police to arrive.
But these cops were not honest and did not care about who the perpetrator was and who the victim was. They couldn't care less that the cab driver had not driven me to my destination and had not met the legal requirement for requesting a fare from me. They did not care that the cab driver had falsely imprisoned me and driven me off course from my destination. And they did not care that this cab driver attacked me and tried taking money from me by force, money which I did not yet owe him.
All they cared about was me paying the cab driver a fare (which I did not even legally owe). They told me they would arrest me if I did not pay a fare. I did not want to get arrested so I agreed to pay a fare. I took the 20 dollar bill out of my pocket which I had exerted so much energy to keep the cab driver from taking by force and prepared to give it to him. Of course I made sure I told the police officers that what they were doing was unjust but that I would pay a fare because I did not want to get arrested. Apparently they did not like me expressing my opinion about the wrong action they were taking, even though I did so in a very respectful and non-threatening and non-aggressive manner.
So they arrested me anyway and said they were arresting me for refusing to pay a cab fare, even though I had just told them clearly I would pay a fare and had taken a 20 dollar bill out of my pocket so that I could do so. The cops cuffed me and put me in the back of the squad car. I begged and pleaded with them and said that I had told them repeatedly I would pay a fare. But they made it clear that the only thing they were interested in was arresting me regardless of whether or not they had cause to. They then went over to the cab driver and patted him on the back while they all chuckled together. To this day I still wonder if they had some sort of connection with this cab driver and that's why they falsely arrested me to cover for him, or whether they had some personal vendetta against me, or whether they just enjoyed trampling the Constitution under their feet and got their jollies out of making innocent victims suffer.
When they took me to the police station I could see that the whole lot there was a pretty rotten bunch. There was one guy there sitting at a desk that seemed decent. When I told him that these police officers were lying about me he said to me "I'm sympathizing". But there were some other really rotten cops there. I could hear an African American man calling out from somewhere, "What are you charging me with?" One cop said, "You're Mom!" That made me angry on top of the shock I was already experiencing for what they were doing to me. The African American man, who was not speaking in a hostile or disrespectful tone at all, said "There is a God in heaven!" The cop responded, "I don't believe in no god."
Perhaps that is the problem with all these crooked cops and corrupt judges, they don't realize there is a God in heaven that they will answer to some day for all the abuse of power and evil they committed against poor innocent victims. And it seems that may have been the situation with these officers. They may have just enjoyed abusing their power and arresting people for no reason or arresting victims while letting perps go free..pretty sick people.
After spending the night locked up I was released on an Ibond and scheduled to face a theft charge in court a month later. That was a very long month. Technically I could have been sentenced a year in jail for theft, which is kind of crazy even for a person who actually did try to steal a 20 dollar cab ride. I later looked up penalties in other states and many states will not even arrest a person for such a violation much less threaten jail time. Many will just issue citations with fines or a day to appear in court.
When you think of how much of an overreaction this would have been for the police officers (to arrest and lock a person up) even for a person that actually did commit such a petty crime, how much more evil it was for these police officers to intentionally do this to a person they knew was not only innocent but was the victim of crime who had called for their assistance in the first place.
Thankfully, when I appeared in court, I did not get one of the crooked extreme liberal anti-Christian Judges in Cook County. The prosecution and criminal court judge immediately dismissed the charge against me. I had been working all month gathering evidence, filing freedom of information requests, getting testimony and documenting the event and I provided all the material to my public defender at the courthouse and they knew there was no way they could prosecute such an obviously false charge.
But the damage was done and my record would be forever tainted. It took about a year to get the record expunged, but for police job applications, which is what I was focusing on, you still often have to report arrests and charges that were expunged.
So for 4 long years I have been fighting for my rights in court. And the Chicago/Cook County/Illinois Machine has been doing everything they can to stonewall the cases and exhaust me into giving up, and when they can no longer do that to railroad the case to an unjust outcome.

I have exerted tremendous energy, time and work into fighting for my rights in these two cases over these years. And I have had to spend a good amount of money as well, even when I really could not afford to do so. I have had to sacrifice a lot to defend my rights and the Constitution, and other potential victims of this crazy cab driver, this reckless cab company, these crooked cops, and the corrupt Chicago/Cook County/Illinois Machine, along with the Gay Agenda Gaystopo (many of the judges I have appeared before were openly gay activists and all were Democrat affiliated) that was especially inciting their anti-Christian animosity against me.
My state court case was dragged along by hostile judges and a very manipulative and dishonest opposing attorney (that part should not be surprising). In one instance it took me more than half a year to get a hearing on one motion.
When it was finally time for trial it went to arbitration first. A Panel of 3 retired judges and lawyers heard the case and unanimously ruled in my favor awarding me $25,000. They were obviously not hard core members of the Gaystopo or the Cook County political Machine, but simply regular people looking to make an honest judgment.
But unfortunately that ruling was not binding and the corrupt anti-Christian judge (James Snyder) who had been managing the case and doing everything he could to help the opposing attorney bury it (even his bailiff once told me I should drop my case because I was in way over my head, can you imagine a deputy sheriff jumping into the political effort to stop my pursuit of justice) assigned it to another like minded hostile and corrupt judge (Sydney A. Jones III) who went on to make one completely lawless and obviously discriminatory ruling after another, making a case which should have been a slam dunk for me as difficult as possible to win. The jury outcome was totally fixed from the start by that evil judge. And after a long and exhausting 4 day trial in which I represented myself because I could not afford an attorney, the manipulated verdict came back against me.
I appealed all those obviously lawless and discriminatory rulings that set me up to lose the case, rulings which would never have been made for any other plaintiff, especially not one that had an attorney representing them, rulings which any Appellate Court would have to reverse given how obviously lawless they were. At that point the cab company finally agreed to settle the case with me and they agreed to have the verdict against me vacated and give me a little pocket change in exchange for dismissing my appeal. Given the fact that there was a judgment against me (as grossly unjust as it was) I felt forced into making that settlement agreement (since clearing my name was one of the main reasons I did the lawsuit in the first place and having a judgment against me did not help that at all) and so that case was over.
I even tried to sue the State of Illinois and these Judges for their blatant violation of my 1st, 5th, and 14th Amendment constitutional rights, but there is no legal right of action because of "judicial immunity" and "state sovereign immunity". I can email anyone the documents that have every detail of what these judges, courts, and public employees did to sabotage my cases in every way they possibly could.
I have also experienced much of the same discrimination and hostility from the federal judge (John Z. Lee, an Obama appointee) that oversees my false arrest case against the police officers. That case has also been dragged on and every effort has been made to take sides with my opponents. All the attorneys he appointed to represent me were nothing more than plants to look out for the interests of my opponents. In my case against the cab company, which is the case that had the largest volume of activity, I never had any attorney representing me. In my federal case against the police officers I had an attorney doing work on the case for some of its history, but that attorney was never really on my side or acting in my interests. So in reality I have been alone on that case as well.
After one deposition in my appointed attorney's office the opposing attorney for the police officers and the opposing attorney for the cab company lingered about in my appointed attorney's office while my attorney quickly escorted me out of the builing before he went back upstairs where the 2 opposing attorneys were. God knows what they did up there.
He is also the attorney that once said to me that federal judges were like kings ruling over their own kingdoms and he said so in a way that seemed to be meant to instill a sense of fear and passivity into me. Really that is how the Judge has acted for the most part, instead of following what the law and justice require and acting as a servant in an impartial way he has acted more according to his own biased will in many of the actions taken in the case.
It was at that same deposition that my attorney yelled out "I would never take your case in a million years!" and he tried avoiding asking some of the tough questions which would point to key facts of the case that were pivotal for proving me right, even though I had asked him to ask those questions. It was obvious he was trying to control things for the interests of my opponents. He never stopped trying to convince me that my constitutional rights were practically worthless. When it became clear that the false arrest caused me to lose the job as a police officer he refused to add that as a damage claim to the case.
The next attorney that was appointed tried convincing me that my lost income damage claim was a failure to hire cause of action and she tried to convince me I could not make it because there were no grounds for a failure to hire cause of action. Apparenly she thought she could confuse me because of the similar wording but I was able to see right through her (or I should say their) scheme. A failure to hire cause of action is not the same thing as a lost income damage claim. She was another plant.
Then the Judge tried using a high caliber attorney (who told me they were personal friends) as bait to get me to drop my lost income damage claim. Even though the judge had dragged the case on some extra time becaue he said he would give me a decision on the lost income damage claim before deciding whether to appoint me counsel again and we went through the entire motion / response / reply process, in which I completely destroyed all the City's arguments against my motion to add the lost income damage claim and showed how the law and justice absolutely required it to be allowed into the case, the Judge went on to refuse to give a ruling on it. So that is when he decides to appoint me this high caliber attorney. And then he says that if I want to keep this high caliber attorney I have to give up my claim without getting a ruling on it. He said that I will have to give up that attorney if I wanted to get a ruling on my claim and that he would not appoint another attorney after that.
That was so ridiculously manipulative, dishonest and biased against me, there was really no cover story the Judge could use as an excuse for why he was engaging in those tactics. I had to make a complaint to the Appellate court about how unbefitting it is for a Judge to act in such a conniving manner with an agenda against one of the parties before him.
That high caliber attorney was an obvious plant as well for the purposes of looking out for my opponent's interests, not mine. So it was no big loss giving up him so I could continue pursuing my lost income damage claim (for $100,000 and counting).
It's no coincidence that all of the judges these civil cases have come under the control of are affiliated with some extremely liberal or anti-Christian homosexual activist powers. That is the core of the motivation for the conspiracy within the Chicago/Cook County/ Illinois/Gay Agenda political machine to criminally obstruct my pursuit of justice and sabotage all my efforts.
My state court case against the cab company was under the control of Judge James E. Snyder, a well known gay activist judge (who are generally known to be very hostile and anti-Christian). I had a document in my complaint for that case that was a character reference and referred to my Christian faith and to "our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ". He purposely opened to that page in front of me and expressed hostility toward it. The original Judge over that case who transferred it to him also looked at that same page and expressed hostility toward it. It is clear that the corporate discrimination I experienced in the Cook County Courts was directed at me because of my conservative Christian beliefs. Judge Snyder dragged one motion of mine on for 6 months before getting a hearing on it. He expressed tremendous hostility toward me during one hearing and even refused to let me speak. Judge Snyder manually assigned my case to Judge Sydney A. Jones III, who was the one who completely sabotaged my case before trial and fixed the jury outcome. I can email you all the details.
It's amazing to me that all these years they continue to try to manipulate me in all these different ways but they never learn that I can see right through it and they only expose their own discriminatory malicious conspiratorial agenda against me and then I document what they do and I expose them.
Twice Judge Lee assigned my case to Magistrate Judge Mary Rowland, even though I complained about her the first time, for an attempted settlement conference. She has been so unbelievably biased against me, manipulative and even outright dishonest in her attempt to pressure me into settling with the City for peanuts. It's not a coincidence that she too is involved with the gay community and is known for liberal rulings in cases she has overseen.
So the time is coming for this federal case to go to trial and I am attempting what I can to get a trained experienced attorney to represent me, someone trustworthy, who will not go along with this vendetta against me. It would greatly inhibit the biased judges from succeeding in sabotaging this case just like they did my first one.
I have spoken to Christian attorneys and received quotes from $10,000 to $20,000. I think if I get at least $5,000 I should at least be able to get an attorney to handle the trial for me, even if that would not be enough to cover any appeals that become necessary, or other busy work I might be able to do myself.
Really, even for me to make it to the trial at all, I am really in need of financial help, considering the tremendous financial devastation the Chicago Machine and the anti-Christian discrimination in the courts have caused me.
If you are a Christian who wants to help defend religious liberty and stop anti-Christian discrimination or are just freedom-loving and interested in defending the Bill of Rights from tyrannical abuses or even just wanting to help someone get on their feet I hope you can consider my plea.
