Help Dumitru to overcome the crash

Hi,
Our names are Dumitru and Théotime. On Thursday, the 29th of March, we had a horrific car crash in La Trinité - Martinique.
The thing is that we do not have the right insurance* and this means that we have to pay for our recovery. So we came out with the idea of sharing out story on a gofundme campaign with the hope that people will understand and help us to rise money and to pay for what the insurance will not pay. At the beginning they (the owner, policeman and the insurance) said me that I have to cover everything (this means around 10 thousand euro) but after some discussion and debates they said that they will cover some car damages(the front of the car is completely destroyed and needs a lot of work on it) , so this means that we have to pay for our recovery, first and for some other necessities.
It's a tough situation right now and I hope with your help I'll be able to handle it quickly if not it's matter of time and money.
* I have a basic travel insurance that covers just emergency medical interventions or hospitalization. Also in emergency cases, they pay for the ambulance, medication, hospitalization or emergency displacement in my home country.
