Getting Becky and Her Kids Home

Donation protected
My sister began her journey on June 4, 2010. She arrived in England June 5th. Her journey has been far from enjoyable. Her life started off adventurous and exciting, she traveled to another county while six months pregnant. Attempting to give her child a life that she couldn't have; one with a father.
Lisa Mae was born on September 7, 2010. The light of my sisters life, the exact resemblance of what Becky and I had always talked about our children looking like. She was perfect.
Life does not always stay perfect. Domestic abuse got the better of their new family. Becky struggled in her first couple of years in England. We came from such a large family, the amount of support that Becky would normally receive, had lacked. However, Becky triumphed like anyone that knows her would expect her to.
With a child, my sister now became a piece/product of the United Kingdom. My beautiful niece has an ever so fancy accent, one that could melt the coldest of hearts. My sister, has a heavier, more mature, almost Scottish accent. It gets stronger with time.
Speaking of time, ironically June 4, 2012, exactly two years after Becky arrived in England, she gave birth to our handsome nephew Mason Donald. He is as much of a blessing as his big sister. They are both amazingly sweet, and couldn't be more of an example of blessings to our already large family.
We were all blinded as to what kind of life Becky could've lead. We thought she was safe. We thought that THEY were safe.
The decisions that the father of my niece and nephew has made, has not only put my sisters life in danger, but it has obstructed the kids from being able to live a safe and happy life as well. My niece now knows the difference of when her parents are fighting; she knows when daddy is hitting mommy. Abuse is recognized in their household. THIS IS NOT OKAY.
Not only is my sister and her children subjected to domestic abuse, but they are also subject to "deal with it". There are no laws to protect my sister as she is considered an illegal immigrant in the United Kingdom. BECKY KLEINKAUF, LISA KILNA AND MASON KILNA ARE U.S. CITIZENS! Her children are bound by US citizenship.

Quoted from the US Embassy:

" Children born abroad to a U.S. citizen parent(s) (under the age of 18) may have a claim to U.S. citizenship. The following is a brief description of the various circumstances under which a child born abroad may acquire U.S. citizenship. For further information please select the description below that best fits your family circumstances.

Child born in wedlock to two U.S. citizens

A child born outside of the United States or its outlying possessions to two U.S. citizen parents, in wedlock, is entitled to citizenship, provided one of the parents had, prior to the birth of the child, been resident in the United States or one of its outlying possessions. (No specific period of time is required.) NOTE: A child born to two U.S. citizens, out of wedlock should refer to number 3 or 4 below (whichever favorably applies)

Child born in wedlock to one U.S. citizen parent and one non U.S. citizen parent (on or after November 14, 1986)

A child born outside of the United States to one U.S. citizen parent and one non-U.S. citizen parent may be entitled to citizenship providing the U.S. citizen parent had been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for five years, at least two years of which were after s/he reached the age of fourteen.

Child born out of wedlock to a U.S. Citizen mother

A child born outside of the United States and out of wedlock to a U.S. citizen mother may be entitled to U.S. citizenship providing the U.S. Citizen mother had been physically present in the United States for a continuous period of at least one year (365 days) at some time prior to the birth of the child. (NOTE: Periods spent overseas with the U.S. government/military or as a government/military dependent, are NOT considered as physical presence in the U.S. for transmission under this category)."

Enough is enough! It is time for Becky, Lisa and Mason to come home. She has been a stay at home mom for the most part, she has worked some, delivering paper services around town to bring in money for her family. However, she is considered an illegal immigrant and is not entitled to do much. With the domestic abuse and her, not so trusty restraining order, Becky is on her own with absolutely no means. WE NEED TO BRING HER HOME

I'm asking all family and friends:
Please help support the cause to get Becky and the children home. They need to get to the United States to have any chance of living a happy and healthy life. They are not only being held in an unfortunate situation, but they are being restricted from having a fair way of life.
THEY ARE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES
Please help get them home and get them situated. These beautiful children deserve to see what living is all about. My sister deserves to have that again as well. Myself and our immediate family will be setting up their flights and arranging their living situation. They will more than likely be leaving a majority of their belongings in the UK. ANY AND EVERYTHING HELPS! THANK YOU SO MUCH
