Down on my luck

Since October 17th, 2015, I've not received a single payment. I'm high-functioning Autistic and really struggling now. The debts are mounting up, the bills are going unpaid, I barely have enough to eat every 2-3 days now. I do what I can to look after my mum whom suffers from Fibromyalgia, diabetes, sciatica, arthritis and depression whilst looking after my brother whom suffers worse than I do.
I've done everything I can to get an income, but no-one wants to hire someone whom is as "mentally disabled" as I am.

I've hit breaking point and I don't know where else to turn. I can't look after my family on no money. We're going to lose everything.
I need help. Even small contributions would help. Please, help me look after my family.

The money would be used to pay the bills, and pay the debts. Once that is done, there won't be any left. I'm not asking for anyone to pay the entire debt, I just need help getting back into a more manageable amount - I can set up payment plans, I just need to be able to pay!
