Help my sister pay for an apartment

Hello friends and family.
As many of you know, my mother passed last January. When she passed, she left behind 8 amazing children but no money, no assets, and now we are losing our family home. Most of us are older and have worked very hard to move out and move on, but our youngest sister Jasmine is still living in the home we had before our mother passed away. Jasmine has had it the worst since mom died. She has been living at home on Long island with no car, hardly any money, and essentially alone. After working more than any 19 year old should have to she has found a few options for a one bedroom apartment that fits her. Our family can't provide all the money to help her pay the $3000 in fees she needs to secure the place. Once she has the place she can easily pay the rent and utilities but the initial payment is too much for us to bear. I am reaching out to my friends in this time to try and raise money to help my little sister be safe and healthy. Anything you guys can give is appreciated! Much love.
