**update: originally my program was to visit Italy, Turkey and Greece. Just recently I have found out my university has canceled my program because not enough students showed interest! Fortunately I have found a professor willing to add me to his program to study Shakespeare's Plays in England. But now I really need all the help in the world because I need to pay for the program to secure my spot since I am entering late. I am determined to still study abroad this summer. Please read below.
Help Me Reach My Dream to Study Abroad Dear Friends & Family,
Traveling the world and exploring new cultures has always been a dream of mine. I have decided to wake up and work toward my dreams. While in college I have always had a goal to travel and study aboard, with graduation less than a year away, now is the time to accomplish this goal. I have recently been accepted in a study abroad program for this summer and I will be visiting England. As a Florida International University student studying Public Relations, Marketing and Meeting/Event Planning, this trip can will help me understand and experience other cultures. This trip will definitely allow me to gain valuable experience for my career later in life.
Unfortunately I am not financially able to fund this trip alone. Along with the help of many loans and donations I plan to make this trip a reality. I am asking friends, family, or whomever to please help me fund-raise. This will really mean a lot to me because your donations will make a positive difference in my life.
I understand the financial times are rough for everyone but I am only asking for whatever you can donate. $1, $5, $10, $50 anything is welcomed. Your donation will not go to waste. I will honor your donation and return the favor by volunteering in the community. I pledge to donate 1 hour of my time to community service for every $10 donated. My goal is to reach 100 hours and serve the community within a year.

Querido amigosy familia,
Viajando el mundo y explorando nuevas culturas siempre ha sido un sueño para mí. He decididodespertar ytrabajarhacia missueños. Mientras en la universidad, yo siempre tenía una meta para viajar y estudiar en el extranjero, con mi graduación a menos de un año de distancia, ahora es el momento de lograr este objetivo. Recientemente he sido aceptada en un programa de estudios en el extranjero para este verano y voy a visitar Inglaterra. Como estudiante de la Universidad Internacional de Florida estudiando Relaciones Públicas, Marketing y Planificación de eventos, este viaje puede ayudar me a entender y conocer otras culturas. Este viaje sin duda me permitirá ganar una valiosa experiencia para mi carrera más adelante.
Lamentablemente no tengo los medios económicos para poder financiar este viaje yo mismo. Junto con la ayuda de préstamos y donaciones yo planeo hacer este viaje una realidad. Estoy preguntando a amigos, familia, o quien sea que por favor me ayude recaudar dinero. Esto realmente significa mucho para mí porque sus donaciones harán una diferencia positiva en mi vida.
Yo entiendo los tiempos económicos son duros para cada uno pero sólo estoy pidiendo lo que usted puede donar. $ 1, $ 5, $ 10, $ 50 cualquier cantidad es bienvenida. Su donaciónnose desperdiciará. Voy a honrar su donación y devolver el favor haciendo trabajo de servicio comunitario. Me comprometo a donar una hora de mi tiempo al servicio comunitario por cada $10 donados.
