NYLF Pathways to STEM 2018

Hi, my name is Alex. I have been playing recreational basketball and football year round since the age of 3. In my spare time my number 1 thing to do is READ! I also love to play outside. I have kept an A average since the third grade.

I have been nominated to attend the 2018 National Young Leadership Forum: Pathways to STEM! I am in the 5th grade. I have been recognized by my state as Gifted and Talented since I was in the 3rd grade. I was nominated by my AAP teacher based on my academic acheivement and leadership potential.  This program will help me to learn to become a better leader by setting clear goals, improving communication skills, embracing models for solving complex problems, and building effective teams.

I am asking for your help because I love to learn new things and I think this will be a great oppritunity for my future.
