Help_for_Miriam_Jablon

My dear friend Miriam is a survivor of both cancer and a violent sexual assault and, as a result, suffers from PTSD.  Her disability has been cut off and while she is reapplying for the 3rd time, she currently has no income. She's trying to sell everything she has with any value, but she's two months' behind in rent and has been given an eviction notice. She needs some help until she can get either benefits or a job that she can handle. 

She has a trained service dog, Daniel, who does so many things to help her. He braces himself so she can get up again when she falls. He also comforts her when she can't sleep, which is most nights because the assault happened in the middle of the night in her own home. Until she got Daniel, she was awake all night, walking through the house, checking and double-checking the locks on all the windows and doors.

She knows that times are tough, but she's desperate. If she can't find somewhere else to live right away, she won't be able to keep Daniel and provide for him. Without Daniel, she doesn't know how she can cope with life.
