Help Yuval Afford EMDR!

Hey everyone, my name's Yuval, and I'm a jewish, butch trans woman. I have bipolar 1 and PTSD, and am currently on medication for my bipolar disorder. And although I'm lucky enough to be medicated, I'm still having a rough, rough time. This is in large part due to my untreated PTSD. My PTSD in combination with my bipolar disorder has had severe consequences on my day-to-day capabilities. I consistently have flashbacks, severe anxiety, paranoia, and heavy dips into low moods, with more manic episodes than I care to admit.
For these reasons, I've started the process of EMDR. For those that don't know, EMDR is a form of psychotherapy in which traumatic memories are revisited and transformed so as to alleviate the physiological arousal, affective distress, and negative beliefs about one's self that have been embedded into a person's psyche and body. I want to get from managing my symptoms and coping to actual healing (and resolution if possible). EMDR is--well--a bit more expensive than I can reasonably afford for the frequency at which I need treatment. Although I'm frugal, being a manager doesn't cover my medical expenses adequately. Truthfully, my medical costs are starting to pile up quick. In April, I will also start paying for my own insurance because my job doesn't offer healthcare. This has combined with a recent financial hit that nearly drained the entirety of my savings.
Y'all, I really need help affording the care I need.
Financial Breakdown Of My Costs:
EMDR & Psychiatrist
- $135 on average for every session of EMDR, of which I have 5 sessions/month. That's $675.
- $180/month to see my psychiatrist
- Total: $855/month.
Medications: estradiol, spironolactone, lamotrigine, buspirone, progesterone.
-$30/month for lamotrigine & buspirone
-$180/3 months for other three, so $60/month.
- Total: $90/month
Overal Total: $945/month
I'm asking for 3 months of help so that I can recoup costs from the financial hit, and be able to save up enough to afford moving into a new place at the end of May. The overall total of my medical costs in addition to rent, utilities, and general life expenses make it so I'm basically bleeding money every month. I really, really need help to eventually afford my own health insurance, a future security deposit, and rent for a new place once my lease is up.
I appreciate any amount of help y'all can offer. Thank you so much for even reading this. If you can't donate, please share!
