Help with my sick pet.

I just started working, ironically enough, for a pet sitting service.  Prior to this, I had several surgeries for my knees, a broken clavicle,etc.  Up to this time, I worked forty years.  My girl Misty (who is pictured as a puppy above, has been sick for a couple of weeks, and it is getting worse.  She has been vomiting bile, and desperately needs to go to the vet.  I currently have only two clients, and needless to say I am not raking in the cash.  I barely have enough to keep has in my car.  I will eventually be getting more clients, but I'm afraid my girl needs to go NOW.  Any and all help would be very appreciated.
