Help with medical costs and home

My sister was a contractor and h asnt been working. She is  struggling to pay rent and medical bills and is running low on insulin, And shes completely out of long acting insulin so she is having to double her short acting insulin as well. She may need to go to the ER for DKA but that’s another charge she can’t afford. She also has overdue medical bills and can’t go back for a check up until it’s paid.
