Help with emergency electric

We were told that the electric company, Tucson Electric Power would no longer accept partial payments. I was put of work for a while because of pregnancy complications and unable to work so we were paying what we could between all of our bills. Well today received a call stating that TEP was going to disconnect our power. I have tried every resource before resorting to gofundme. My daughter Isabelle, 6 months old, is special needs. She needs a pump to feed her through her gtube. That pump is electric. ANY little bit helps. Thank you.
