Help With Antiroo's Dental Bills
My name is Alycia Evans, I'm a self-employed furry artist, and for the past several years I have been drawing under the pseudonyms Antiroo and Kiwiroo.
Last week about 1/3rd of my molar broke off after trying to chew some Halloween candy and now the pulp is exposed and it's been very painful.
The tooth had been causing me a bit of pain, but I didn't realize it was in was in such bad shape until then.
I was finally able to go to the dentist today, and luckily the tooth is salvageable, but it's going to be really expensive. I am looking at a bill that's about $3250, then another $1000-1500 for the root canal that I need. I was able to get some financing, but only for $1500 but the rest I will have to pay for on the spot when I go in.
My wisdom teeth are also impacting my surrounding teeth and not doing so well either. It's also going to be expensive to have them removed, but I haven't received a quote for it yet, but I am looking at a medical college where I can get them done for a bit cheaper than I would otherwise. Overall, this is why I am asking for $5000, to hopefully cover the majority of the expenses when dealing with this.
If I can't get the money together in the next couple weeks, I'm going to have to get it pulled to prevent a severe infection. This is really worst case scenario, as having the tooth pulled will impact my oral health for the rest of my life.
