Help us sue the architect who ruined our home

Good morning everyone and thank you for your efforts and care.
Before getting married, my husband and I bought a piece of land and hired an architect and a builder (suggested by the architect) to design and execute our future home. What we didn't know was how wrong all the project was going to go. All the project was paid by us, the owners, as we were supposed to have a move-in ready home only two weeks before our wedding.
Rules and regulations were broken in countless aspects, we have a full report to prove it, done by a hired external architect specialized in construction pathology. In set report every single flaw is documented with pictures, references to European laws and regulations, and comparable prices on the market versus the prices we were charged for each single item. The project can be uploaded for you to see in Spanish.
Although our project had an initial budget, we suffered ongoing increases and unexpected payments that had to be met, we even asked the bank and our parents for a loan which we are still paying for.
Now, we find ourselves disappointed, financially and emotionally drained after nearly two years of living in our faulty home and we need your help and support to legally hold the architect, project manager and builder accountable for the irregularities and overall mess they have gifted our home with. I honestly hope none of you will ever go through a similar situation and we’d like to thank you in advance for supporting our cause.
We need 12.000€ to be able to sue all responsible individuals by the end of February 2019. This was the budget given to us by our lawyer to prepare the case file. Please, help us bring them to justice and restore our home to legal standards.
Time is running out for us since the home has a two year time frame to legally request these fixes. Up until now we have tried talking to all involved professionals and they have either stalled or refused to fix all found irregularities. In May 2019, it will be two years since we moved in and we won’t be able to request any fix or compensation by law.
What we didn't know was that the architect, project manager and builder have many ongoing construction projects together. They refuse to go against each other and have demanded we sue them.
The only suitable solution we found given our circumstance, was hiring a team of lawyers to fight on our behalf.
Here are some of the irregularities found in our project:
- materials used, execution and installation (there are chips and bumps on nearly every object installed, from doors to the mandatory solar panel)
- although we have paid for the compulsory home ventilation system, it has never been installed, therefore, rendering our home unfit for European Standards.
- types of pipes installed underground which skip regulation due to material and execution (the chosen pipes are unfit for being covered by cement)
- electric circuits (indoor and outdoor circuits have not been separated like the law demands)
- quality, design and installation of doors inside the home (we were severely overcharged, and most doors present chips)
- quality and design and installation of attic windows (we were overcharged, and they drilled blinders on set windows which render the desired quality useless)
- visible holes in the bricks installed throughout the home
- chips and faulty installation of tiles of kitchen and bathrooms
- faulty installation of floor tiles
