Help towards cost of a car after a family tragedy

My sister Natalia and her husband Krzysztof live with their 2 children Maya 2 years old and Antoni 6years old. They are a normal happy family living in Poland. They live a modest life as only Krzysztof works for the whole family and Natalia takes care of their two children. Sometimes they haven’t got enough to live of till the end of the month or buy essential things to live of. They live in a studio-flat 29m2 as they cannot afford to buy or rent a bigger comfier house for them and children – and now they need money to buy a new car after a family tragedy that happened to them on their way back from family weekend. 
 Please take the time to read a story of what has happened. We are not asking for millions of pounds we just want to get us much money as we can to put towards the cost of a new car. Any £1 you give is a lot and means a lot in this horrible time for me and my sister and her family.

STORY: It was 27 of May 2019 – Monday. My sister Natalia and her husband Krzysztof and two children aged 2 and 6 years old were on their way back from a weekend away that my brother in law has bought for their 9th wedding anniversary as a gift to my sister and kids.
The children and Natalia were asleep, Krzysztof was driving the car.
At once a scream from Krzysztof wakes up Natalia: “GET OUT, TAKE THE KIDS, THE CAR IS ON FIRE, RUN!”. Natalia got out of the car barefoot with her sleeping 2 years old in her hands, Krzysztof took his son out of the car, Antoni is standing still half asleep not knowing what is going on, by the side of the car, when Natalia shouts to him: "RUN BABY, RUN, THE CAR IS ON FIRE".  The smoke and flames were coming from the front and sides of the car, breaking the windows and making their way inside.
The terrifying site, screams and cries of the children, middle of a road between woods, 7 pm on the clock and around 190 miles from home.
First thing they thought:“Maybe we can put it out”. People started to hand fire extinguishers, they used at least 3-4, they did not help. There was loads of people drive by with no interest of helping, there were standing in the cold, crying for help, hoping there is a chance to save this car, my sister said she was aware they will not go anywhere in that car but maybe if they managed to put it out they could get it fixed. After a few minutes of seeing the flames taking the car, they realized there was nothing they could do at that point.
There was one woman when she saw the children came around to help my sister and took the children to her own car to keep them safe. 
The fire crew were on their way, although you could hear the sirens, they could not get through as the cars on the road blocked their way in, as minutes went by – Natalia and Krzysztof were afraid of the car exploding but tried to take as many baggage’s of the car as possible, many things were gone, but what meaning have favorites toys of the children, shoes, documents, house keys, tablets, when your only way of transport is slowly disappearing in front of your eyes. 
My sister kept checking on the kids, they were terrified, Maya (2years old) will not go to my sister, she was still and full of fear. Antos (6years old) kept crying and shaking and asking through the tears if daddy was okay because he did not see him and was afraid something might happen to him. My sister said it was a dreadful time for the kids and it had a huge impact on their emotional health. Natalia and Krzysztof were driving a car in good condition, which was checked before the holidays, everything was fine and within minutes there was just a bunch of metal covered in smoke and flames – the family weekend that was supposed to be a perfect family time turned into their worst nightmare of their lives.
