Help these boys get their oasis now!

Zachary and Seth are two teenage brothers who were dealt the ultimate bad hand in life. At ages 14 and 16 they were both diagnosed with a very rare genetic disease, Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 40. It is a terminal illness with no treatment or cure.
For the past few years they having been living in a home that worked out well for them. Now Zachary is in a wheelchair full time and Seth has one for when he is fatigued. Their home is no longer working for them. It is hard to get through the house in a wheelchair and there is very little for them to do when they can get out to the small yard. Fortunately, we have found the perfect home for them to spend their final days. It has everything that they need but it needs LOTS of work! It is very run down! It has a huge deck for them to spend hours outside, a pond and waterfall, a pool (the only time that they don't hurt is when they are floating in water), and lots of room to wheel around in the house! It is almost as rare of a find as these two boys are! Please help us fix this home up and give them the oasis they need now!
