Help the hand of a handyman.

On December 30th 2018 my right hand got severely cut by a table saw. It caused major trauma to my hand as the tendons and nerves were ripped out and most of my hand was almost cut off. I was rushed straight to St. Vincent hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas where I would stay for the next six days. On the night it happened the doctors spent two hours working on my hand before they decided they would have to bring in Dr. Cari Cordell who specializes in hands to save my hand. On Jan. 2 2019 Dr. Cordell went to work. She expected the surgery to take about two hours. When she unwrapped my hand in surgery and finally saw the damage first hand she was shocked at what she found. Two hours turned into four then into six and as eight hours approached she was finally done. She had done it! She had saved my hand. She had to take some tendons from my forearm to make new tendons to replace what the saw had torn out. I spent the first six weeks making two or three trips a week to Hot Springs for physical therapy and other doctor appointments before financially I could no longer do this so I made the decision to move my physical therapy to Ouachita Rehabilitation Center in Mena Arkansas where I will continue my physical therapy until the second week in April when I will go back to see Dr. Cordell for a checkup. This is when it will be determined if I can go back to work or if I need to continue physical therapy. Right now my strength and my range of motion in my hand is very very limited. I have no feeling in my index finger and my thumb, this makes it extremely hard to move and especially pick things up with them. The nerves in the palm of my hand have now pretty much been brought to the surface of the skin where it is what they call hypersensitive. There are places in the palm of my hand where if just the corner of a piece of paper touches it it makes me scream in pain. My hand is just very painful period. I have been off work now for two and a half months and I may still have to have my index finger amputated so I could possibly be looking at several more months off work. I was not in any way prepared for anything like this. I have a family that depends on me to support them, take care of them and provide for their needs. We have now reached a financial low point and not sure what to do. The bills do not stop coming in because I'm injured. Thank you to all my family and friends that have helped us up to this point y'all are fantastic and we love each one of you. I am hoping and praying that by this time next month I can be going back to work but it is still a month away before that decision can be made and I have another month of bills to pay.
