Help the Hahn's as Nikki Fights Cancer

Donation protected
There is no truer picture of the word "family", than these people right here.  If you know the Turner family, you know what family means to them; strength, loyalty, faith, Jesus, love, trust, and friendship to name a few.   Pat and Dick have raised four amazing children together--Ari, Nikki, Jami, and Jon.

Over the past two months, this family has been going to battle in prayer and support for their youngest son and brother, Jon, who was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach and liver cancer in February, 2019.  Because Jon's cancer is a genetic cancer, Nikki did some testing to determine if she had the gene that causes the stomach cancer Jon has.  Her results came back positive for the gene.  Because of this, she went forth with further testing to check her gastric health. The testing is now complete and we have learned the Turner family is facing the unthinkable..........Nikki was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in the stomach, liver, and abdominal wall April 10, 2019.  Nikki will soon begin chemotherapy for treatment.  Please pray for her as she prepares for her first round.
First and foremost, the Turner and Hahn families ask you to not only cover Jon and Nikki in prayer, but the entire family and the medical teams caring for them.  Pray for wisdom, big faith, peace, comfort, and a cure among many other needs God lays on your heart.  We are in agreement with Nikki when she says, "God is bigger than even this and he will be my source of strength..."  Second, please consider supporting the Hahn's financially as you feel led.  Nikki and Eric are parents to Jonah (HS senior), Isaiah (a HS junior), Hannah (a HS sophomore), and Eli (8th grade).  They live a life full of cheering their children on in their favorite sports and activities (volleyball, football, wrestling, lacrosse, track, and more!).  Medical tests, procedures, treatment,  time off work, travels to appointments, and meeting everyday financial needs are just a few of the financial burdens the Hahn's may experience in this season of their lives.  Jonah is graduating high school this year and attending Olivet Nazarene University to play football next fall.  College is expensive--even with financial aid and scholarships.   Any amount you give will help this family have financial peace so they may focus on the battle ahead for their mom and wife.

Nikki is one of the most fantastic people you will ever meet.  She is a kindergarten teacher full of love, creativity, and empathy for her students.  Her laugh is infectious and will pick you up on any day you are feeling down.  She can be genuine and serious one minute and absolutely silly the next.  She loves her husband, children, and family with every inch of her soul.  She is one of the most beautiful people you will encounter.  We love you, NikJo!

Thank you for  prayerfully and thoughtfully considering your part in helping ease any potential burdens of this most dear and special family through this season of trials.  We appreciate you for being a part of their support system by showing them so much love.   Thank you for visiting and sharing this page

"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”--John 16:33

"He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."--Isaiah 40:29-31
