Help The Card Family

Brian and Angela Card lost their house to an electrical fire on Monday morning, November 13th.  They have 14 children and they were able to escape, but with only the clothes that they were wearing.  We are thanking God that they were able to get out alive and that there were no injuries.  That said, they are now displaced and are without a home, clothing, belongings, etc. as they lost everything in the fire (even the kid's glasses).  They still have thier van, but they are now having problems with the transmission.   Brian has already been out of work due to a neurological disorder that the doctors are trying to diagnose.  Angela has been working to try to make ends meet.  Please pray for this family as they have already been through so much even prior to this.  For anyone who doesn't know them, they are such a precious family and I am blessed to call them my friends.  If you can donate please do so.  Every little bit helps as they are needing to start over.  You may donate on this page, or checks can be sent in c/o Angela's mom: Paula Andrus 297 Cafferty Hill Rd Endicott, NY 13760
Glen Aubrey Fire Dept will also be accepting monetary donations (made out to Angela Card), clothing, diapers and wipes etc. for them on Tue November 14 from 10am to 1 pm, 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and Wednesday Nov 15 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.  Thank you!

For those asking, Angela's mom and I decided to start this go fund me page for Ang. Brian and the kids.  We felt they would need help with the sudden expenses of losing everything in the fire.  We are helping with what we can and also had several people asking that day about giving them donations. I am one of Angela's best friends and live in the Southern Tier of NY with my husband and five children.  I have set Angela as the beneficiary on this go fund me page and she will get 100 percent of the donations (after go fund me's fees).
