Help the Cantrells get back on their feet!

Donation protected

The morning of 2/18/19, the Cantrells had a neighbor wake them up to inform them that the back deck of the house was on fire.  As Jessie rushed to get their young son and 3 dogs out of the home, the fire continued to spread very quickly.  About the same time she was exiting the front door, the fire had reached the BBQ area, which caused the propane tank to explode (the explosion was heard from over 2 miles away).

She didnt have time to grab anything but her phone (not even shoes!).  Notice the snow on the ground, it was 9 degress when I arrived at the house.  Luckily, everyone is ok.  The fire made it through most of the house.  They are calling the structure a total loss, and the Cantrells have lost absolutely everything.  They do have renters insurance to cover some things, but at this moment in time, they have nothing.

We have given them some boots, jackets and a few other essentials but I'm hoping to get a little emergency fund together until they can get things figured out.

Unfortunately, the car was in the garage and Jessie's husband is currently out of town.  She doesnt have a car, a wallet, or anything else (including her contact lenses!).
