TL:DR (Too Long, Didn't Read) VERSION: Suzanne has a fast moving cancer and needs funding to go to Mexico for life-saving treatments (that she has received before with fantastic results) and wants to share her journey in real time with videos online, and create a world class documentary to share her story and help others understand their options, it's not a death sentence... Read on for more:

Hey there, whoever you are reading this right
 now...

My Name is Brenton, but that's not important. The reason I'm writing to you is that I have this wonderful friend, her name is Suzanne, she just turned 43 and she is FIGHTING for her life.  She has stage 4 cancer.

This is not a new fight for Suz, She has been battling cancer on and off for almost a decade, and she has been fighting hard, she has lived through 18 rounds of chemotherapy, 32 radiation sessions and 8 major operations, and thats just the start. She has beat it before, and I believe she can do it again!

For the last few years, she has been dealing with a reoccurrence of breast cancer after being cancer free for 4 years. The cancer is moving quickly and after exhausting available treatments here in Australia, she is looking to the treatments in Mexico that brought her back from the brink last time, radical treatments that aren't yet legal here in Australia (we'll talk more about these in a minute).

these are Suzanne's most recent set of scans: (the red parts are cancer, except the brain and bladder, which glow red anyway without cancer)

Last time Suzanne went to Mexico her scans were the opposite, they started with red everywhere, like her January scan, and after treatment and follow-ups cancer had receded and looked more like her June scan!

This is not over, she can come back from this, people have survived this kind of cancer, and Suzanne has the potential to be one of them. Suzanne has just finished a massive round of Chemotherapy and the Oncologist has now has referred her to end of life palliative care, with her only other option here in Australia being another high dose round of chemotherapy that will most likely kill her sooner.

What's the alternative? Suzanne is going back to Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana Mexico (literally just over the border from San Diego USA) When Suzanne last attended she was in terrible pain, with cancer spreading, and very little hope based on options here in Australia. After a month of treatment, Suzanne was pain-free, full of energy and her cancer had receded dramatically, extending her life by years.

With the bad news from the Oncologist in the last few days, Suz has shown bravery and decided not to roll over and die, but to take the leap back into intensive therapy, and gain precious extra years of life, to be a mum, to be a wife, and to impact the world...

I met Suzanne 18 months ago, at a writers retreat run by the amazing Stuart and Natasa Denman, who coached Suz through the process of writing her book "The C Word". I was there helping with marketing and to film promotional videos, and I remember half an hour in, hearing part of Suzanne's story for the first time. I was so encouraged by her message, inspired by her bravery, and energised by her mission

She completed her book and it is now out in the world helping countless people with cancer to live their best life and to thrive, not just survive. (Suz is not stopping there, she wants to extend her reach and amplify this message, more on that in a minute)

Suzanne is the founder of Cancer Coaching Australia (http://cancercoachingaustralia.com.au/) and she has a mission to empower those suffering from cancer and the people around them to live their best life.

Recently Suzanne and I have built out a training system to help others become a cancer coach, she has the vision to have a cancer coach available to everyone with cancer, to help them come to grips, to realise they are in control and they have options, and they can live!

Suzanne wants more time to help other people on their journey and train up others to make a difference.

I was talking with Suzanne the other day preparing for the launch of her "become a cancer coach" training program, and we spoke about her need to go to Mexico the idea came up to document her journey and let people see what happens and to follow the journey, as no one has ever fully documented the journey. Suzanne wants to show people the hope that comes from these treatments, the benefits to others with cancer, and to build awareness that there are options out there, you don't have to lay down and die, you can fight, you can get more time, and you can even beat it if you get to it fast enough.

By the end of this conversation, I was on the verge of tears, and Suzanne invited me to help her document her journey, posting videos and live streams daily, and film a documentary that we can share with the world, with a hope to bring it to film festivals and events across Australia and the world.

We want to film a world-class documentary that can share Suzanne's journey and help bring awareness of the life-changing treatments she will be undergoing next month.

There is a considerable cost here for Suzanne's treatment, travel and accommodation as well as followup appointments and take-home treatments, and all the other expenses that are involved in travelling internationally for treatment. Both Suzanne and her Husband will be taking time off work, I will be doing what I can to help Suzanne fund this project with help from others in the community and in addition to this I will also give my time to accompany them and document the whole thing (and for that i thank my wife, family, colleagues and clients are graciously releasing me to do this project... although they may be thanking suzanne for getting me out of their hair for a while lol)

In addition flights, transfers, accommodation, and some filming costs, the vast majority of the budget here is for her treatments, follow up, and take home treatments... below is just some of what we're raising the money for:
- 4 infusions of Vitamin B17
- 8 Mega dose infusions of Vitamin C
- 3 infusions of Vitamin K3
- Hyperthermia sessions
- Doses of oxygen-carrying Polymer Pentoxifylline
- Dendritic cell Vaccine
- Daily Dose of cancer-specific supplements and nutraceuticals (70 tablets per day)
- 3 sessions of Ozone Therapy
- Detox session
- Mineral replacement therapy
- 1 complete physical exam
- 24hour medical care
- 3 meals per day of whole food designed to help her recover
- Transfers to Tijuana from San Diego.

and more...

Unfortunately, due to the nature of her cancer, we don't have time to do the normal fundraising raffles and sausage sizzles outside bunnings, Suz needs to get in there and start treatment asap to extend her life, so she can keep fighting.

Suzanne is a woman of great faith, God has truly blessed her with a joyful spirit, and I hope beyond hope that you will help me cover her costs a and spread her message of hope to the world, and most importantly, to let a family have more time with their beloved mother...

If you would prefer to give with a bank or PayPal transfer that's fine, just give me a call on 0423919689, or if there is any other way you'd like to help. Suz is in a lot of pain at the moment and is spending a lot of time sleeping and focussing on her health, I am very honoured to manage this for her, and i pray you'll join me in this campaign, even if you can't give financially, please make sure you send her some loving comments, she will be sure to read them and be uplifted by your kindness.

God Bless

Brenton
