Help support the Kocher Family

The ichthyosis community is a tight and close family. That's why it was a no brainier to start this fund for the Kocher family. Just the other day a fellow "ichthyosis mommy", Lauren, suffered from seizures to later find out she has a tumor in her brain. She is currently in the ICU and will not leave until she has a surgery to remove it.

Lauren and Matt have 3 beautiful children. Their oldest, Calvin, has ichthyosis and receives special skin care that Lauren has been able to provide for while home with her children. They also have twins, Anna and Bennett, who are 3 years old.

Taking care of one child is a full time job. Never mind three, one with a skin disorder and twin 3 year olds. I can only imagine the recovery and rest Lauren will need once she is home.

As anyone with a child or family member with a medical history, knows the finances are abundant. Now on top of caring for a child who requires many medical expenses, they have more medical finances that will accumulate. It's a stress no one should have to worry about at times like these.

Another reason for this fund is to help pay for childcare while Lauren is recovering or any other expenses that may help them.
