Our friend and former mayoral candidate, Broke-Ass Stuart (Stuart Schuffman) has been fined $2,552 by the Ethics Commission for misuse of funds during his valiant 2015 mayoral run against Ed Lee (boo-hiss).
Due to some crossed wires and campaign finance naivite, Stuart used funds from his campaign-controlled committee to fund this great video for Proposition F:
