Help stop my daughters deportation

Donation protected
My daughter Dalila Yeend (aka Jamila) needs immediate financial assistance for a lawyer to submit a motion for a 'stay of the Removal Order. My daughter missed an immigration appointment, due to her fear of being taken away at the appointment like so many others have been lately. It is a legitimate fear, as the people currently being held in federal detention centers are 99% black and brown since the trump administration's push to remove the USA of people trump refers to as 'animals'.  (since arriving in NY i have learned more about why my daughter missed her appointment. Beyond any fear she may have had. She had roadblocks in her ability to physically get to the appointment. (not local but 4 hour drive away) My grandchildren are traumatized, and need to be with their mother. I need them to be together. What is happening in the USA is ethnic cleansing - not immigration reform. We need to speak up and not accept the unjust and inhumane treatment of immigrants. This affects way more than just them.. It affects their families, their community, their co-workers, the children's friends, their schools. It is outrageous. Anyway you can assist - this is an extremely urgent matter. They are STILL trying to deport my daughter and she is STILL in ICE custody, WITHOUT her children. Any help is greatly appreciated. We need to raise up to $8,000 the attorney fees are $6500 to apply to reopen the case and also to put in a motion for an application for a STAY of the Removal Order.  If we can get $5 or $100 donations Every little bit helps. Thank you so much for caring. $6500 of this money is for legal fees. We are incurring added expenses on all ends. Taking care of the children food and basics, legal documents, rent, utilities to keep the children in their own home. I would like to take the children to visit their mom as well if its possible.  They haven't seen her in over a month now and the effects of this are not good at all.  Im their grandmother, and my life has been turned upside down with this as well - having to relocate from the deep south and do what is necessary for my daughter to be reunited with her children. So many people's lives are affected. My grand children's friends are asking where their mom is, why isn't she coming home?  What happened? One day she was here, then she is gone the next. This is inhumane treatment keeping their mom away from them for no reason.

My daughter has been in ICE custody for a month now with no reason given to us for her continued detention. They are not giving her photos or letters I have sent there. We need to send her money to be able to make calls and communicate with us. If anyone wants to contribute directly to her commissary/phone account in detention Center please inbox me for the information.

Please if you are able to join a protest march JUNE 30 please do. act.moveon.org there is one near you somewhere just type in your zip code https://act.moveon.org/event/families-belong-together_attend1/search/

Immigration and Customs Enforcement ICE are arresting anyone they can who misses a court date that is black or brown. (Not white people).  A lot happens in ICE facilities that you do NOT hear a thing about.
