Help Stiles with surgery costs

Stiles is a smart, energetic and affectionate ESA dog for my son. He is my children's best friend and has been a great companion from the start. However, I noticed his eyes were getting cloudy and he couldn't find anything without using his sense of smell...I got concerned and took him to the vet. It was confirmed to be cataracts in both eyes. He is only 18 months old and it is progressing pretty rapidly. Unfortunately the only option is to operate on both eyes to remove it. Stiles has had health issues since we got him and has been treated for everything he has had before but this surgery is expensive. Please help us achieve this goal so we can get the surgery for him. Surgery costs is over 7 grand alone without meds and after care. If we dont get this taken care of, him developing glaucoma and becoming blind is of great concern. He is a part of our family and we dont want to see him suffer or have this affect his quality of life. Please help!
