Help settling debts

First things first, I want to thank you for even clicking on this. That right there is worth more than any words of encouragement.

i recently injured my knee. At first me and my doctor though with a little time and some patience it would get better, I just had to be careful and take care of it. I had a check up one week after the injury and he advised me that based on my pain levels and how I said it wasn’t getting any better, he needs to send me to a specialist; Orthopedic Surgeon. 

You can all probably imagine my horror, especially after being off work for 4 days to rest, that the specialist advises me to say out of work until we can get an MRI done. Now I’m not here begging for money to pay for the MRI. I’m just hoping everyone will have it in their hearts to help me at the very least pay my car payment and insurance long enough to keep it paid just in case I have surgery. The asked amount is enough to pay everything for 5 months, the amount of time it would take to recover from surgery......
