Help Save our Outdoor Cat Colony
Donation protected
In just a few weeks, we will be forced to leave our home of 15 years. We have cared for an outdoor cat colony during all of that time (including the lovely Sassy, who has been here for almost 13 of those years and whose picture you're seeing). We need a tremendous amount of help finding new homes or refuges for as many of them as we can, and to bring as many as we can with us. We need help with transportation expenses, building new winterized shelters on the property of our new home, spaying and neutering the few that have so far avoided being TNR'd, and feeding/vaccinating them. (We also need to prepare the new home for the multiple rescue cats that live indoors with us!) It's unbelievable how expensive this will be, and we have no resources to do what needs to be done. Yet we absolutely refuse to leave a single cat behind. When we leave, our home will be bulldozed and a commercial building will be erected. Any of the cats that we cannot take will certainly die of exposure and starvation. We absolutely refuse to let that happen.
Our window of time is very limited. Please, donate whatever you can for our cats. Their lives are so very important. Thank you for your incredible generosity.
