The people of Wesley Chapel https://www.facebook.com/wesley.praisechapel have been a church congregation that has reached the lost at any cost to make disciples of Jesus Christ for 108 years. The church survived and rebuilt after the 1921 Tulsa Race Riot and was rebuilt with the help of people from all over Tulsa of every race.
Wesley Chapel needs help again, as they received final word that their church would be closed on June 1, the exact date their church was burned down in the Race Riot 97 years ago.
Please help this historic church. The Oklahoma Conference of the United Methodist Church said the congregation could save its building if they buy it back from the conference. They have set the price at $250,000 and have given the church until June 30 to raise it.
