Help Sasi & Harshini rebuild their lives after fir

This family are my friends and neighbor.  Harshini, Sasi and their young son Sham live in Drumheller. On March3, 2019 this family lost everything after a fire quickly spread throughout their house completely destroying it as well as their neighbors house.  It was fortunate that this family wasn't home at the time of the fire. It was sad that when they did arrive later that night (not knowing what had happened) they were  left wondering why their street was barricaded off. It was heartbreaking for me to have to tell them that while they were away their house burnt down and everything they owned was destroyed in the fire and there was nothing left. They have lost their house , all their possessions and a vehicle. 
Yes insurance will help them out in the future but in the meantime they are trying to rebuild their lives from nothing with no family support. Their main concern right now is to establish some normalicy for their 5 year old son, Sham and find a place to live. Unfortunately, the amount of time for the insurance to start will be delayed as the investigation is being hindered due to the ice , cold weather and the substantial  damage to their house.
