Help Sanilac county victim

A sanilac county judge has ordered joint custody to a twice convicted child rapist. The mother of said child being a victim of his, only 12 years old at the time of the assualt, decided to drop out of school, keep the baby and raise it on her own. The child is now 9 years old. Please help out the victim and her family through this difficult time.
