I am starting this GoFundMe page to raise money for my loving stepmom Robin Connolly and her upcoming breast cancer treatments.
Just like my father, Robin is a fighter. She is going through stage 3 inflammatory breast cancer with HER 2 positive factor and with your support and positivity she will beat it!
Her plan of care is chemo 2 times a week for 6 months, radical double mastectomy including lymph nodes followed by 6 weeks of radiation every day. Since my dad has passed I have helped her move in with her uncle to have the support she needs.
Robin has already spent countless days this year by my father's side to help him fight the stroke he had this summer that blinded him causing 24/7 care and then his death just days after Robin was diagnosed with breast cancer.
With the amount of days, she as taken off, loss of work and the fact that the most effect treatments are not covered by insurance and with my fathers passing she is in dear need of any financial help she can get. This goal is really just the tip of the iceberg of what she really needs, but any dollar amount or share of this page will go a long way.
I and my family owe Robin such a debt of gratitude for everything she did for my father. It is my honest opinion that he would have past away a years ago had she not been there. So let Walt's legacy live on with Robin!
Robin deserves karma for all she did for my father and she is young and still has a life to continue to shine on.
