Help Rheanna find a voice.

My god daughter, Rheanna, was recently diagnosed with Rett syndrome. For those who's not familiar with it, Rett is a rare neurological disorder that mostly affects girls. Symptoms include autism characteristics, loss of speech, losing motor skills like walking or self feeding, seizures, anxieties & many more.
With that said, Rheanna, being nonverbal, will be attending a special needs school soon at the age of 3. Most girls communicate via the eye gaze device which is extremely expensive ($15000), but is covered by insurance. To be eligible for it she has to at least be able to use it. Sooooo, the "practice device" is possible, except it won't be covered by insurance. In total, the PC or laptop plus software & training will come to at least $3000. Her mother, my cousin, a single mother, has not been able to work since the diagnosis due to the need of constant care. Therefore, that $3000 is a lot!!!
So I ask for help on her behalf to make this possible for Rheanna. Please.
