Help save an extremely rare piece of film history!

Our non-profit history organization (chartered 1875) received several reels of rare vintage films taken by a passenger while on the first leisure cruise of the Pacific in 1929.
One specific reel was filmed in rare Kodacolor Film consisting of images of Japan and China. We need your help to preserve this historic 35 minute reel at Color Lab Corp., Maryland.
Once accomplished, these moving images will hold title as the oldest known moving color images for both Japan and China. Once preserved, our goal is to gift these films to the National Film Archives of Japan and China in the names of everyone who aids in their preservation.
