Help Pam Pam PLEASE!

My 8 month old kitten Pamela got out of the house when my neighbors opened the back hallway door saturday morning and was attacked by a dog, later that same day (today) Pamela was later on found in child room on her bed found like this (in picture above)
Now the thing is there is a hole she can escape from my apartment to the hall way. So that means someone let her back in the hallway like this and no one knocked to let me know or anything. I have called the animal hospital her jaw is broken. Her bottom jaw is split wide open. And has gashes under both eyes on her cheeks, the timing of this incident is horrible as I have no money on hand until Wednesday and I do not want to put down my child kitten at such a young age there is still so much life left in her and I'm devastated that this happened and I cannot take action until later on next week. If anybody can help out with anything it would be greatly appreciated, the surgery is 4500 dollars but all I need is just enough to get her into the emergency hospital which requires a down deposit. Which I do not have. And they refuse to look at her without said deposit. Please help me help Pamela.
