Dear Friends ,Colleagues and Humans of this world,
Rasool Mahmood, is one of our colleagues at Radio Farda, who is based in Iraq.
He was covering tirelessly the horrible events in that country and was travelling with Iraqi forces who are conducting the massive offensive to Liberate Mosul from IS. Rasool had sent a good number of pictures, videos and interviews until he was injured in a rocket attack by IS on October 20th.
He is hospitalized, gone through a surgery on his arm, and unfortunatelly lost his left eye.
Through this campaign we are trying to gather funds, to let his healing process go smoothly, without him thinking about financial struggles. Rasool is a provider for his family and has a 1.5 year old daughter.
