Help Me Get Justice for Scooter!

During my three bouts of homelessness living in my car (see above), my beloved cat, Scooter, was by my side the entire time. This past summer, he died a horrible, tragic death due to veterinary negligence. A couple of weeks ago, I won part of a small claims lawsuit against the vet. But because the judge overlooked some crucial evidence, I have to file an appeal to win the rest.
I was able to pay the appeal filing fees myself with the small judgment I won, but I need to raise $350 by DECEMBER 7th to pay a mandatory arbitration fee to continue the fight. Because I'm so low-income, I don't qualify for credit cards to handle a situation of needing a large amount of money in a short period of time.
If I win the case, the fees will likely be returned to me, and I can pay people back.
Please don't let the culprits get away with this, and hurt someone else's pet--help me get justice for Scooter!
The judicial system is a steep climb for the working poor like me, but I scraped together hundreds of dollars of my own to get this far. Every bit of your generosity helps, and is tremendously appreciated!
