My name is Ashley and I have been going mad trying to figure out how I can help my best friend of 10+ years in an unimaginable situation of losing her home, and everything that she owns, from the Paradise Camp fire in Butte County, California.

Michelle, her husband Nick, their 3-year-old son, Rome, and their pups Jackson and Lola, safely made it out of their home in the town of Paradise on Thursday, November 8th, for which I am so grateful. What didn't make it? Everything else. Their home? Gone. Their clothing? Gone. Nick's artwork? Gone. Rome's toys? Gone. Michelle's beloved guitars? Gone. They have nothing left to their name. How do you help in this kind of situation?? Especially when you live 8 hours away??

My goal is to send some financial relief to this amazing family to help reduce some stress and allow them to figure out their next steps. They are in need of everyday basics (food, clothing, toiletries, dog food) and, the most important, a home.
