Help my puppy walk normal again
on 5/9/2019, while taking Sasha out to potty , she got under my feet and I fell on her we took her to the vet and they did some X-rays, she has a pretty severe break in the top of her femur, where it goes into the hips socket, and this is repairable. the Vet gave us three Options
the first option of surgery would be $2500+ for them to put a pin in and realign her bone properly, giving her the best chance for full mobility, and the best recovery
Option two is going to cost roughly $1500-$2000 if they went in and removed the broken piece, letting it heal up after, this option would again get her most of her mobility, and she would still walk with a bit of a limp
Option three is to give it about six weeks, keeping her in a kennel and hoping that this can heal itself, but the chances of her not having a limp and not losing mobility are not good.
Only option i can afford is to let it just try to heal, that is what brings me here,
The vet said it is possible that it can heal without the surgery, but she will walk with a limp and is going to lose some mobility
the money gathered here is going to help me get her the surgery she needs, i would really appreciate any help that i get. this puppy means the world to me,
after losing a dog last year, she has helped me fill a hole ive felt i had been missing and i want her to be able to get out and enjoy playing and not have any issues in her mobility.
