Help my fiancee and I move out of michigan

My fiancee and I aren't in a good situation.

We live with my family, a very conservative and generally not nice group of people. I'm currently a closeted trans man for my own safety, and I can't start my transition until we're safe.  And my fiancee is disabled and doesn't have access to proper healthcare in the tiny little town we're in now.

The main problem we have is the initial chunk of money we need to move out. We're attempting to look at places far from where we are now, and with the expenses we have, living with who we live with right now, we simply can't afford the initial payment on a rental.

Once we're settled in, we'll be okay, I think, but we desperately need help getting out in the first place.

EDIT: Our original plan was to move simply across state. Now we're considering ( because of the struggles with the winter weather and to be honest, the fear of living within driving distance of both of our families ) on moving across the country. It's a huge jump and probably a bit of a stretch, but we're realising that if we stay in Michigan, we're never going to be able to get anything done.
