Help my disabled grandmother

My name is Heather, and this is for my beautiful grandmother, Janice. She suffered from a stroke over ten years ago which left her partially paralyzed on the dominant side of her body.

She lost both of her children, one of which passed away due to medical complications shortly after I was born. She adopted me and has been loving me my entire life.
Her husband, my dear grandfather, is no longer with us. She has always cared for me deeply, and I am so grateful to have her as both my grandma and my mom.

Now it is the two of us, and I live with her in order to help her. Unfortunately, we are on a lot that does not belong to us.

With your help, she can find a home to live in. She needs a house that is wheelchair accessible, so we must find a home that already is or one that can have this necessary access added.  The funds will go towards helping her move comfortably, including the down payment on a house or property. If property is found with no house, the funds will be used to buy the property and have her trailer moved and set up there.
