Help Mikey Overcome Glaucoma

As his girlfriend of two and half years I know Michael has always been such a happy, loving, and supportive person. He treats everyone like they're family and he stays so positive no matter what the situation. However these last few months have been a trying time for him. He was recently diagnosed with Glaucoma and has been battling losing his vision along with being in pain from having multiple surgeries in a very short amount of time.
It is extremely rare that anyone in their 20's get a disease like glaucoma considering it's mostly elderly people. Glaucoma is a disease that cannot be cured but can be managed, it is increased pressure in the eye that can lead to eventual blindness. Unfortunately for Michael the doctors had caught on to the disease after it had already progressed quickly in his eye, because glaucoma doesn't show any symptoms until it is moderate or advanced. Any vision that is lost will not be regained. He has had multiple laser treatements along with multiple surgeries including a Trabeculectomy which normally has around a 90% rate but there were complications and he now needs another surgery. Along with the surgery is constant pain. In order to keep the surgery successful he must lie sideway/ face down for most hours of the day, unable to get out of bed, see out of his eye, and in constant pain Mikey's morale has been low, he cannot do what he loves and has been unable to work and with bills to pay it's been a rough few months. He goes into emergency surgery on Wednesday morning and we are unsure if he will need future surgeries. He is just doing everything he can at this point to save his vision and live a normal life.
