help me move into a safer home

PLEASE HELP US FIND A NEW HOME BEFORE MY LEASE IS UP AND PAY THE FINAL BIT OF OUR RENT.
I really hate to make this, But the lease we currently have in our house is almost up and there is no way of us renewing it.
My Name Is Jamie, I'm an 18 year old trans guy who successfully left home the first time, now I need to move again with my Partner.
My Partner and I managed to save up enough about three months ago to rent the room we're currently in and somewhat comfortably pay the next months rent after that. This month has been difficult to save up for as I don't get paid until after my rent is due and my partner has been paying for groceries etc, to keep us afloat
On top of this we also need to save up for a deposit and the first months rent of a new home, we're planning on moving into a place with a few friends but I can't do this if I can't afford to pay the deposit. I get paid very shortly before my lease is up, I wont be getting paid much either due to my hours being cut.
It's also impossible for me to go back to my family now that I have fully continued in my transition. Since I have started Testosterone it isn't safe for me to go back home. This is why we need to get out urgently.
The final amount of rent I need to pay off is 222 euros then I'll need the rest of the donations to go towards my deposit and also my first months rent in the new house, after this we should be totally fine.
Overall i'm estimating that we're going to need 1000 euros to cover some of the costs to get where I need to be. But this number could change. Hopefully it wont.
