Help me get my voice surgery

Hi, I'm Tara and I'm a 25 year old trans woman.

Right now I'm transitioning and I'm saving up for voice surgery. The procedure shortens the vocal chords, which will feminise my voice so it matches my identity, and allow me to pass completely.

I work as a corier driver in London and earn just enough to pay my bills and eat, with nothing left over, so saving is hard. I was recently injured on the road while working, which has left me with reduced hours and pay. After a battling with the gender clinic with no progress in sight, I began self-medicating, and so any money I have goes on that.

I don't live in the safest of areas and have been harassed in the streets, and the surgery will mean I'm no longer outed to strangers by my voice.

Unfortunately this life changing treatment is not available on the NHS. It costs £4000 to get it done privately.

So I ask you to give anything you can. Any contribution is massively appreciated, and will help me on my journey to speak freely in my authentic voice.
