Help me get a reliable vehicle

Hello, 

My name is Jordan Mills, I am 25 years old. I have had an unfortunate year, with several months of literal homelessness in Houston, TX. I gathered the money with the help of my mother and I managed to move to Oak Harbor, WA with my older sister. My sister has been kind enough to let me use her vehicle, and I have been able to find employment on the island doing part-time food service work. However, I've had several job offers off island that would be full time, including benefits that would assist in paying for my seizure, anxiety and depression medications, so I don't have to depend on government help. Unfortunately, her car is not reliable enough, nor good enough on gas, to make it to the mainland everyday for work, and having my own car would reintroduce some independence for myself. 
Any money raised here would go directly into paying for a vehicle and possibly some repairs, as well as tax, title and registration. 
I know I am asking a lot of people, and it honestly it would mean everything to me to have my own independence again, and I don't think I could put into words how grateful I would be for anything that you could give.
