Help Leonard get a wheelchair

When I was younger, I found that I couldn't walk for more than a few hours at a time without it feeling like nails were being driven into my feet.  Now that I'm older, I can barely walk thirty minutes, and 15 uphill. I live in Washington, between several hills that I have to go up or call an uber to get past if I want to go anywhere. A week before this was written, I began experiencing horrible back and  leg pain that would not ease without pain killers and Bengay. I've had to blow most of my money on my other medicine and transportation,  so I have to lean on my roommates to get anything. I can barely get out of bed, and, if I'm able to sit up, I have to ignore the terrible pain in my knees. I am urgently trying to get a hill terrain wheelchair by the end of the year. I do not have Medicaid/care, having lost it when I moved from Texas and being unable to get any of my documents from federal offices due to not knowing which address I am registered under, and my mother is not currently in the United States to help. I tried to find the cheapest wheelchair I could, but my SSI cannot afford it without simply cutting out any expenses, such as food or medicine.
