Truly overwhelmed with the support from everyone that has commented and shared the incident that happened at Snetterton 03/06/17.

We don't actually have a figure on the total damages. But almost everything will need replacing, hopefully the frame is still straight, as everything else isn't.

Currently laid up in bed waiting for the bruising and muscle pain to subside. Waking up with new pains each day. A black eye is the latest addition amongst this never ending migraine.

CT scan at the hospital confirmed I do have a brain so nothing of immediate concern. Not much that i can do to speed up recovery apart from eat and sleep.

BSB Knockhill seems very unlikely, but should be good to go for when we come back to visit Snetterton with BSB

All donations will be used towards the repairs needed to get back on circuit.

This Gofundme page will close on 12/06/2017.

After seeing the incident at snetterton when some riders bike fell to bits thru poor maintenance nocking another rider unconscious behind him forcing his bike to veer off into the barrier and causing serious damage to his bike, luckily the rider was ok but could easily have been a very different story. Due to the nature of the incident and it not been josh boyds fault in any way but yet he is left to foot the bill to repair his own bike I have decided to open a go fund me page to help towards getting his bike back together, he is a very talented young rider and would be nice if you can all show some support as it could have very easily been you or me behind that guy with the poorly maintained bike
